This. Can't really see the benefit of getting Taison instead. The difference is less than what we made in our little striker swap last week. As long as Ba is there to score the goals we should be ok. Torres has been a passenger in the team for 2 years now, he can still be a passenger in the new system. Time will tell.

Let's be honest, the only reason anyone votes for someone apart from Mata, is because they're sick of voting for him every week. Week in week out is our best player, wouldn't be half as good without him. Incredible player.

Thank you, sir. I've never been more excited about a player signing than when Crespo signed. He didn't exactly set the world alight like he did at Lazio, but 20 goals in 50 games isn't exactly terrible in a league that's nothing like the ones he's played in before. Genuinely can't believe I'm having to defend Crespo.

I think it's very very optimistic to think Torres can 'turn it around' now. Got nothing personal against him, just one of those things that hasn't worked out, only difference is that it cost £50million. Fair enough, although I am a bit in love with Deco so I'm very biased. Can't remember Geremi or Tiago doing much wrong tbh, and Tiago did score THAT goal against United. Torres is worst signing in the history of football. There have been worse players like the guy that pretended he was related to George Weah or Tomas Brolin, but in terms of the whole package (fee,wages,carlo getting sacked etc etc) there is absolutely no competition. Btw, whoever put Deco, Geremi and Tiago in their list, you need to have a word with yourself. Shoutout to Neil Sullivan, Khaleeeeed and Tal Ben Haim
