  1. But their club captain has never been found not guilty in a court of law of racism, so no-one cares.
  2. The "Wayne Rooney, we'll see you next week" two years ago didn't really work out did it.

He's a complete bullsh*ter talking absolute hypocritical nonsense, but he's just trying to make as much noise about anything other than Jon Stones as he can.
  4. I thought this was a hilarious bad idea, but after seeing the pictures enigma posted I feel slightly better about this.
  5. Courtois did, Sturridge and Lukaku would have if they weren't so impatient.

    f**k
  7. Did anyone else laugh when they read that?
  8. I suppose Atletico are also signing Fabregas, Dave and Pedro then?
  9. Sorry but I can't believe that Pardew would play an inferior player and jeopardize results just because one player is on loan and the other isn't. He clearly rates Wickham more.

Some hilarious posts on GrandOldTeam right now, its in total meltdown. eg: https://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/everton-reject-all-bids-for-john-stones.77642/page-738

Now that he's publicly unhappy and wants to leave, I say we return with a new bid of 20 million and Juan Cuadrado's loan rights for the 2016-17 season.

So now begins the process of winding the value of our bid back down?

    My expression reading your posts over the last few pages;

    o dear
  15. Oh yes tactically it isn't a realistic squad, was talking more in general terms of utilizing the in-form players from smaller teams over the likes of Wilshere. Shelvey in particular I think could be a good player for England.
  16. Regardless of the relative difficulty of the league and his familiarity with it, it doesn't explain why he wasn't capable of even basic ball control while playing for us yet is a superstar over there.
  17. Well we currently have 3 centre backs in the squad for 2 spots, 4 if you count Ivanovic. If we're going to bring in another CB, one that isn't young and seen as for the post-JT future, then to me it just says that Jose has no faith in Ivanovic to play that position.
  18. Also don't know if its been mentioned already, but Balotelli has arrived in Milan for a medical for a season long loan from Liverpool.
  19. Did anyone else notice him trying to pump up the other players as he got subbed off against WBA? Loved it.

Was it on there before? Not even trying to be funny, it seems odd that they would take it off unless it was being kept open for someone else. Not necessarily Pogba though of course.
  21. If he resumes playing really well again for Juventus I will be so utterly confused that I might give up trying to understand football and take up the more simple past-time of the light reading of doctoral astrophysics theses.

The end of the transfer window should be a public holiday so that folk from around the land can enjoy the first bullsh*tless day they've had in months.
  23. At least most of the players in that team are used to having to defend for the majority of a game and exploit counter attacks, as opposed to midfielders and strikers from bigger clubs that are used to dominating possession, which never happens when England comes up against any half-decent international side.
  24. Here's an interesting one, what the England Starting XI would look like based on form (as measured by football statistics website Opta): Anyone think this team could do as well as the actual England team?
  25. He's looked vulnerable and gotten done by every winger he's come up against this season, that certainly didn't happen last season. I think our best defender so far has been Zouma.
