Only Aguero stands out to me as a real 'City' player, without Kompany playing they really don't have character. That said they're absolutely crushing teams, so if i were a city fan I wouldnt be complaining

I totally agree with you re: spurs, proves that faith in youth and quality, high ceiling young players bought in. I'm sort of playing devil's advocate here regarding our own youth though; we've been winning everything at youth level for around a decade now, but what has the senior team yielded from it? Very little, a few benchwarmers and some tidy profits. What is it that makes you think we can now start integrating players into the first team that has been absent for the past number of years? And are we, as fans ready to accept an inevitable marginal decline in the number of trophies we win for a few seasons as we do attempt to integrate these young players? (Not trying to argue or anything, just interested in your opinion)

Poor first half from us, quite a few players don't look right. Azpilicueta having an unusually poor game, Willian seems to have lost his ability to control the ball of late, Bats looks a little lost on his own up front, Alonso has misplaced a few passes an miscontrolled the ball a few times. We really need to get our heads straight at half time. We have the ability to put another 3 past these, but i'm not sure if we have the mental toughness to do it. Hoping for a better second half, but all is not lost yet.

I don't think Andreas will relegate luiz to the bench just yet, he needs a bit more work on his physicality this season, his technique is great, just needs to tack on a little bit of extra strength and muscle to be top quality in this league

I mean in general though, they know where players are and can make quick effective passes, layoffs and such without even needing to raise their heads, their game sense is top notch (yesterday was a slow day at the office from everyone). Willian generally takes an extra couple of seconds to make a pass and after beating a man can sometimes look lost as to what to do next.

Mikel was fine, as a squad player to close out 1-0 wins, nothing more, nothing less. Willian has so much ability on the ball but his decision making is poor and he has to think a lot more, unlike players like Hazard and Cesc who instinctively know the right play all the time. I wouldn't sell willian, but he's never going to improve his end product, he is what he is, which is a great technical dribbler. That's incredibly important for the type of football we play, being able to retain the ball in tight spots and beat a man. He was poor against Arsenal but he's criminally underrated here. Is no one going to comment on how w**k Sanchez was when he came on, while sanchez was the player most of us would have wanted to replace Willian

Same here, Morata looks the business, and as you said, Hazard can play CF if we don't fancy Michy. I would also rather Mahrez to Llorente, but at the same time i'd love to see what Musonda has to offer.

sh*te talk mate. You know nothing about him, same as most of us here. We absolutely need cover at right wingback, if he doesn't displace moses then that's fine, we have an option if moses is out injured, or suspended. If he's good, and does displace moses, then we've strengthened our starting 11. All this whinging about not signing anyone from our fans, then when it looks like we've signed someone, the whinging intensifies.
