Yes that Joe Cole goal is fantastic but it is most definitely not up to the quality of the likes of Zidane's volley in the CL final or ronaldinho's spectacular bicycle kick, not to mention a couple of drogbas, ronaldo's, lampards and even mayner figueroa's belter the other day. Now i am also very pro Joe Cole (as is the majority of the shedend) but its a bit aggressive when you come out and criticise people complimenting one of the worlds greatest midfielders, that we are very lucky to have amongst our ranks.

Two Chelsea goals over the past decade stick out for me:

1 - Zola's back flick versus Norwich from a corner

2 - Eidurs overhead kick versus Leeds.

Both goals were immense in their execution and both were pure quality however if I had to choose between those two then I would opt for Eidur's purely because it came from open play rather than a set piece.

i would vote for either franco`s back heel against norwich which was an incredible piece of invention or Lampards goal against Barcalona, the chip from the byline. both goals came from outstanding pieces of skill.

Either Eidur's overhead against Leeds or Essien's strike against Arsenal two goals of the highest quality.

For me its Zolas back heel against Norwich, Eidurs overhead kick against the dirty boys, Lamps v Barca, I remember a couple of great goals by Drogba and Lamps aginst Everton but thought I'd post this one up as I thoroughly enjoyed it.
