As they won us the CL after so many years of nightmares I couldnt care less how well each played and will give each a 10.

Cech 9 An outstanding performance. Not at fault for their goal.

Bosingwa 7 Played very well. One or two moments as usual but overall good.

Cole 9 Man of the match. Slightly at fault for their goal but we'll let him off. As good a full-back display as you will ever see. Showed all his experience and nous. A determined little f**ker. So glad we've got him.

Luiz 7 Had lapses but by and large good. His passing was accurate and he was disciplined.

Cahill 7 Good in possession. Caught out a couple of times, noticeably by Gomes, but by and large impressive.

Mikel 8 Brilliant. Unrecognisable. Di Matteo deserves a lot of credit.

Kalou 6 Never troubled them. Contributed defensively. I'd have preferred if he'd started on the left and Torres on the right, as we were never able to put them on the back foot and we handed them all the initiative. We got away with it through woeful finishing on their part.

Lampard 8 Fantastic display. Showed all his experience. What a player. What a f**king player.

Drogba 8 Largely anonymous although he did his fair share defensively, as he always does. Bayern had 63 corners we had 1. They had 0 Drogbas.

Mata 7 Failed to impose himself through no fault of his own. We were unable to get a foothold in the game, as we were surrenderinbg possession and territory. Whenever he received the ball he did the best he could, but he had precious little in terms of support, as Bertrand and Kalou offered very little offensively and Lampard was playing behind him. Took one corner and Bayern will be studying it for years to come .. Get it in the danger zone.

Bertrand 6 Didn't do anything wrong but for my money, it was way too defensive a ploy playing him, as he gave us nothing going forward. Nice touches but hardly saw the ball. He was there purely in a defensive capacity and fulfilled that role well, but we suffered through not having an attacking threat on that side, and as a result of the paucity on the flanks Drogba was left completely isolated and under-used.

Malouda 5 Did nothing. Almost cost us a goal with a sloppy ball in defence.

Torres 7 Thought he played very well. Defensively disciplined, as instructed, and looked sharp going forward.

I'm going to watch again tomorrow, so will see, on the night I thought Cahill had an outstanding game, lets see if I'm right!

Exactly my thoughts, in all the edge of the seat excitement on the night I hadn't noticed the good work Frank did until I watched it again, I did notice Mikel though and agree he has started to look like a few quids worth of player out there, totally different to the one at the start of the season.

Ash probably shaded MOM although on the night again it had to go to Drogba for me, last game last Goal last MOM performance, we're gonna miss him.

I'm going to watch again tomorrow, so will see, on the night I thought Cahill had an outstanding game, lets see if I'm right!

I also thought Cahill was excellent. Luiz had his moments as well, but was clearly more affected by his injury than Cahill. Both deserve a ton of credit for playing 120 minutes after missing so much time. Cole was mostly brilliant and Bosingwa was...solid enough by Bosingwa standards.

Cech - 8 - Commanded his area well , made a crucial save from Robben and saved Robben's penalty . He was unlucky not to save every pen in the shoot-out

Bosingwa - 7 - Defended very well , no mistakes.

Luiz - 6 - Had a good first half but lack of first team action showed in the second half and extra time . Took his pen very well in the shoot-out.

Cahill - 9 - Awesome defending , Gomez tried to twist and turn his way past but Cahill was having none of it.

Cole - 9.5 - Block after block after block , brilliant defending throughout the whole match. He may have been at fault for their goal. Excellent pen in the shoot-out

Mikel - 9 - Played the DM role perfectly , very tidy stuff , if he played like this all the time he would be one of the best DM in the world.

Lampard - 7.5 - Very tidy from Lamps , seems to be playing this new role very well.

Bertrand - 6.5 - Did ok , needs to stop fouling so much though.

Mata - 6.5 - Not his type of game , had a few chances to create but couldn't pull it off . Needed only 1 corner to set up a goal where as Robben had about 8 and couldn't do anything with them. Took a poor pen in the shoot-out

Kalou - 5 - Didn't really do anything for me.

Drogba - 7 - Every one thinks Drogba was immense but if you watch the whole game again he didn't really do much. Scored an Excellent header and took the last pen brilliantly. All the best strikers take their chances and Drogba is definitely one of the best.

Torres - 6 - Tried hard as usual , won us the corner that got us the goal.

Malouda - 2 - Yeah...................
