Kagawa is a poor mans Hazard

Featured Replies

Don't know why Man United fans are obsessing over Kagawa. He is a poor mans Hazard. I agree with this blokes tweet Toby Matthews on Twitter: "Kagawa's popularity sounds like clutching at straws among United fans to me. I expect most would have preferred Hazard."

Hazard's song. Eden Hazard, Hazard he likes to tweet he snubbed Manure and now he's Chelsea's number 17!

:face_palm:

Couldn't have said it better stevo!

Be careful what you say EHCFC, I think we have an absolute gem in Hazard and can't wait to see him play for us, but similarly Kagawa is going to be an amazing signing for United, and if I'm honest I'm looking forward to seeing him play on a regular basis too.

Its just typical Utd fans.If they signed Hazard they would of loved it but because he went to us they all start saying " didn't want him that much anyway id prefer Kagawa he is a better player and plays in a tougher league etc".

Of course they are bitter because Hazard choose Chelsea but they have got a very good player in Kagawa. The price they got him for is also a great deal tbh.

Both players will have to adjust to the premiership and I think both will be fantastic players.

It's funny how so many people can't grasp the fact that Kagawa is a very good player and not just a marketing tool.

Well we all know that asian players are just bought to make the team more popular in asia.

I know it's complete bollocks. I remember many said that when ManU signed Park. As it turned out he was perhaps not world class, but a very useful player who gave everything for the team. One would think people learnt something from that, but I guess they didn't.

55 of Kagawas goals were scored in Japan not the toughest of leagues. Also Park has joined qpr now so it shows he was just a marketing project as well.

And 29 of them were scored in Germany. What's your point?

Park was an excellent little player for Man U for a number of years, sort of like their version of Kalou. You'd have to be awfully daft to think that Ferguson is buying these players for Asian marketing and not for their talent.

Both completely different players. This is a completely pointless and stupid comparison especially as neither has played a minute for their new club yet.... Hazard could flop, Kagawa could be incredible and vice versa.

As for the song, I nearly chundered. Vile. :face_palm:

Drogba just went to China, he was probably a marketing project as well to make Chelsea more popular in Africa.

Really don't see the point in this thread, just tempting fate if you ask me. We have Hazard, they have Kagawa, lets wait and see before getting all smug.

Not see all that much of him but from what I understand Kagawa is a quality player so really don't think we have any reason to mock United yet. Kagawa could turn out to be more succussful than Hazard- it's not inconceivable is it.

All in all a bit of a cringeworthy thread.....

Of course Kagawa is a good player im sure he will do fine.I remember when Man Utd signed Dong Fangzhou and Alex Ferguson said "He has the attributes to be the next Gabriel Batistuta" - Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ah yes- DONG.

I really wish he had got more playing time..... there is always room in the Premiership for a player with the name Dong...

What is wrong with the song? You must be reading it wrong. It is not an agenda against Hazard. Im a fan of Hazard. The song is to wind up Man U fans. I am a Chelsea fan and have been for many years since the 90's and I went to the league cup final in 2006-07.

Just think he is being hyped up far too much by Manure fans. Man U fans are trying to say he is better than Eden. Kagawa is no where near the same level.

Nothing, nothing at all. It's very clever and surely would be devastating to any fan of United.

So NOW you tell us that you're a fan of Hazard...

How on earth could we have guessed that?!
