Honestly one of the best games of football I have ever been at, despite the result! What a match and what support from our fans! Honestly so so so proud. 

Must have been great in there, a crowd of over 4,000.  Some room to spare too so what is the official capacity at Hayes Lane?

 

If I was a Bromley fan I'd be unhappy at having to give up the covered standing end for big games though, any reason for this?

capacity is 6000 i think.

It was probably a safety thing about the covered end. I don't think anyone could be bothered to swap ends either lol

Another great crowd, 1,027 saw Dulwich Hamlet beat Kingstonian on Saturday with a late winner after being one down.  Great atmosphere.

I only went and f**king missed the Hitchin Town FC protest march cos I thought it was next week.

Dover have made it to the 3rd round of the FA Cup. Would love them to draw Chelsea at home.

I'll be devastated if they do! My local side Cheltenham town are the team they knocked out! I could of been watching chelsea in my own back garden if chelsea draw Dover haha

Bromley are doing OK though, second in the table and decent crowds?  A good season for Dulwich Hamlet, crowds on the rise up to about 800 average now but no game tomorrow and soon a couple of belters with the green slime Leatherhead at home on New Years Day and then the great alcohol away day to Lewes on Jan 3rd. 

Think a lot of Palace fans have taken Bromley as their Non-League team this season, probably helping the gates.

They cut their teeth at Dulwich Hamlet, knicked all the songs too the bar stewards.

As we're not at home this weekend and game's not on the telly will go and see my local non-league team, Welling United. Home to Alfreton. Before the game, will go to the Door Hinge micropub near Welling's ground for a couple of pints. The Door Hinge has recently won the Camra London pub of the year for 2014. No mean feat.

Another great crowd of 1200 at Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday v Billericay and a 2-1 win.

I bet the Ivanhoe pub was a dump as well.  It closed down, then re-opened as Hoopers, was pretty nice and popular with Hamlet and away fans but closed down recently and is now flats.

yeah i know it's flats now, did a  job  down there a couple of months  ago, was pretty  lively in the 60's, my old man used to work in a scrap yard down lomond grove, with  a couple of brothers called charlie and eddie, Can't think of their last names, they all   used to drink in there.  had some right scams going on. as you do!

Dulwich Hamlet's seventh crowd this season of over 1000 yesterday in a win against Grays 2-0. By all accounts they opened the main gates and people paid the stewards who couldn't keep tabs on the numbers. The estimate was about 1,400 which seems about right, it's getting hard to see the match from behind the goals these days.
