Following Our Nearest and Dearest Rivals, 2014-15

Featured Replies

First consecutive wins of the season and United fans are acting like Billy Big Bollocks.

United couldn't have asked for an easier start to the season fixture wise yet only sit 4th in the table and are already 8 points adrift despite breaking the Premier League transfer record and spending more than any one else in the league.

Ok. Let's try this again.

Did you see the game yesterday? Did you come to the conclusion that we "can only sit back and take their chances on set pieces" all by yourself or did you read it in the Sun? Or one of the more rabid Man U forums perhaps? Either way it's patent bullsh*t that doesn't require analysis.

Likewise, our strength is to defend? My guess is you picked that up from a "Chelsea park the bus" headline. Which we didn't actually. If anyone parked the bus, it was Arsenal. Our second goal yesterday was classic counter attack, perfectly executed. Sit back, suck 'em in, and spit 'em out.

Oh and "they'll get beat trying to play football". What does that mean exactly? That there's only one way to play football? And are you now going to tell us that Man U play football "the right way", and that we er.... don't? Utter garbage. Hyberbolic, self-righteous, mickey mouse bullsh*t.

Someone else referred to a dismissal of our style of play as "functional" and reliant on Costa, Hazard and Fabregas. Looked at objectively what that really means, is that we have a trio of outstanding attacking players who are fast developing an almost frightening understanding, backed up by a solid defence and a (more than) functional midfield.

And now to this disorted reality. How so? Seven played thirty-one to go. NOBODY round here is taking anything for granted. We traditionally suffer a drop in form either in November and/or the New Year.

You're next statement is yet more hyperbolic bullsh*t. "We will come to realise... " How so? Because you say so? Sorry sunshine, it doesn't work like that. Eleven a side, every game is different. Man U could go on from here, but there's all kinds of danger of you getting carried away by putting two past Everton, who don't forget, recently conceded six at home. Do I have to remind you who that was against?

And finally. I think what you're trying to say is that in your opinion, the sum of Man U's combined parts is better than ours, even though we have a greater number of quality players. That's your opinion and your'e entitled to it.

I'm going to leave you with a couple of cliches. There's a long way to go yet, and anything could happen.

If anyone's getting carried away around here, it certainly ain't us.

Look technically we are better than Chelsea although Chelsea have the experience and are almost a complete unit in terms of depth and personnel. But we will outplay you if you try to bring the game to us at old trafford. Bottom line

The only real question we have to answer is can we defend the goals score we score against you.

We are beginning to settle its natural to have trouble in the beginning of a huge project..and a win is a win doesn't matter who we play or under what conditions..easy start or not we are improving form the horror show of yesteryear. Don't fool yourself into thinking we won't be up for a fight when we play you.

You're not only an idiot, you're a mouthy c**t. With nothing to back your mouth up.

You're also a c**t sonny Jim

Is that the best you can do? Fine, so you think I'm a c**t.

The difference between you and me is that you're the one on an oppostion forum shooting your mouth off, getting carried away with beating Everton at home - incidentally, last season was the first time for God knows how long that Man U didn't beat Everton at home. The joke at the time was that Moyes had finally managed to get a win at Old Trafford.

You've also got nothing,. absolutely f**k all to back your mouth up. Just "we''re better than you". "We're going to beat you".

It's all about how many teams you beat that matters performances can come as the season progresses..winning the champions league should have taught you that!

For what? Challenging some preconceived notions that were festering around these parts of London ?

How many times does it have to be said that the only one with preconceived notions around here is you?

What the f**k are you on about now, you f**king cretin? A few posts I stated that we've only played seven, thirty one to go, nobody's taking anything for granted, and nobody is except for you, you muppet.

f**k that, I'm out of it.

Stacking the points is what it's all about...we've played horrendous games under fergie but still managed to win and now we seem to be doing the same under van gaal albeit with a better attack(than the past 5 years) midfield(debatable)and unsettled defence.

Fine margins that. Chelsea will run out of steam one way or another and I believe united can reverse that run you lot are on.

I think Kompany is universally respected as being one of the top cbs in the game very much like Terry in his prime well some Liverpool fans think that Terry was a product of a good manager in mourino that protected him from making his usual mistakes like he did under AVB.

Credit where it's due kompany is the leading CB in the prem at this moment

Leicester put 5 past you, for some reason I don't think we need to be shaking in our boots just yet.

Coata, hazard, Oscar, fabregas attacking Evans, smalling, blacket, Raphael....man it's going to be carnage.
