I think the headline of 55 mil is including his 4 or 5 year contract wages, as a total package, if this is true at all, we wouldn't offer that much for a 19 year old unproven in our league

It's still a lot of money. I'd imagine 45mil for Monaco, and 10mil for him and his agent. A lot for some unproven kid.

You're not wrong, I don't think a striker is our priority at this time anyway not for that much on a whim, didn't they make a rule against agents getting having right to players like that or is it not in effect yet? 

He's fast. Aubameyang would be a better fit if we want pace. He can really play also.

Martial would a good future signing, maybe in about 3-4 years once hes matured a bit more, however 55 million euros is just a bit too much. Pacy, scorer and can do the defensive work. Could definitely see him as a good option off the bench behind first choice striker. Plays in Monaco and thats probably a good developmental team for the mean time.
