September 1, 201510 yr After perusing many Chelsea websites i feel this is the one for me. On some other Chelsea sites there allowed to swear that's just not ruddy on. Well about me i come from Surrey myself and the Princess moved here a few years ago. There's an excellent farmers market and Waitrose is pretty near altough there's not as many organic shops that one would hope for. As for Chelsea well i have never been to the Bridge like 90% of the posters here but i will catch a few minutes on a stream and then tell myself yes that makes me a huge fan. Mind you if the petunias need pruning then the stream will come a distant second. The sort of television i watch well only Attenborough and Newsnight (not the same since Paxo left) and Scandinavian dramas on BBC4. But the programme i simply adore is Bake Off and i was overjoyed to hear that it's extremely popular on here and that people will post more about about a cooking show then Chelsea. Sue Perkins isn't she just totes adorbs not self satisfied in the least. I also like (love really) to pull up people about there grammar. These people are beneath contempt i don't care if there old and not used to computers or English isn't there first language it's just not good enough. Anyway guys got to go and i hope we become such good friends that we'll end up inviting each other for sherry and nibbles.
September 1, 201510 yr There, their, they're newcomer, you'll find a GBBO thread here, so you'll fit in. Some of us oldies can find our way around electronically, so don't worry. I (capital), and others, welcome you to the forum. ;)
September 1, 201510 yr The sort of television i watch well only Attenborough This morning I was working in the house in which David (and Richard) Attenborough grew up. I had a strange thought when I was upstairs; "this is probably the room in which David Attenborough had his first w**k". we'll end up inviting each other for sherry and nibbles. Don't stereotype the fanbase - some of us are more of the 'drinking Super Tennant's on a bench' type.

September 1, 201510 yr Sorry should have quoted earlier Moi post where she said "or whisky from the bottle wrapped in a newspaper." Or real ale. Or wine. Or anything but sherry/ *is anyone else wondering whether to rise to the bait of "to pull up people about there grammar"?* That must have been deliberate, right? September 1, 201510 yr That's exactly what I meant! But I don't reckon it's YB - I mean Y Bother? Possibly, but it sounds like his quirky kind of piss-taking. Any other suggestions?
