Martinez should leave if he has any idealism or long term vision. They have traditionally been patient with their managers and valued stability. Watch it, Everton will become a revolving door of managers with unrealistic demands for trophies every single year.

I have a feeling the Everton identity and culture will change very quickly.

I agree. Seems to me Robbie should be worried about the new owner's ambition. He may not be around to spend that cash if he doesn't accomplish one of those, another season of this and he's probably out of the job
