Obviously we all have our favourites, like Super Frank, Terry, Drogba etc. But how about the players that wasn't in the first team often?

My favourite squad player was Schurrle. Great lethal shot and old fashioned direct attacker, great to watch. I'm still gutted we sold him because for me he was the perfect back up winger.

Paulo Ferreira. 

David Luiz

Going back to the mid 1990s. David Hopkins. I'm biased because I played in the same High School team as him.

Crespo if he counts in this thread. I thought he was a brilliant player and would love to have seen him play more often for us. I fully accept he was far more than a squad player !

Crespo is a great shout! Great striker and almost criminal how he wasn't a regular for us, clearly had bags of talent.

I also really liked Meireles, nothing special but I just liked his style and his high tempo passing. A proper flare player.

Ferreira was a first team starter in his first 2 seasons. One of the first names on the team sheet under Mourinho and was very similar to Dave. 

The legend that is Winston Bogarde ... kept himself fit and available to play at all times ... Never complained ... LOL

Ross Turnbull.

Kalou in recent years. Not quite good enough to start but could always get you a goal although he could be frustrating.

Ramires. Black Zidane. Midfield Maestro.
