Most hated opposition

Featured Replies

spuds, le arse, dippers, manure, pikeys, cp, leeds, millwall, sunderland (that 2014 home game when we could have won the league but were denied an obvious pen!!!), City, Barça, Juve, Bayern and stoke to a lesser extent.

in bold : the absolute worst. Garbage. Garbage fans: they hate us to such a degree it becomes bordeline pure hatred! This goes beyond football for them. The simple fact of them losing a game suffice to rejoice me when I am having a bad day.

in underlined: Despicable. claim history as a way to disguise the fact that we're better than them now and they're not as good as they used to be. Also claim they're the good guys of football, have pundits always siding with them no matter what ... the 2012 win will forever silence and put to shame le arse inexistence of success on the european scene!!! Same goes for Spuds and the other london f**kers! They're deluded and despicable in their hyprocisy too. A bit better than the ones in bold as they don't tend to become overly bigoted in their hatred for us EVEN if I would have put dippers in bold 3 or 4 years ago though!

in italic : they're associated with specific bad memories (see Sunderland). As for Stoke, it was mostly due to charlie adams and some of the upsets they caused us in the past. I could have added other clubs but that would have been too peculiar I guess.

in plain : Pure sports rivalry. Have nothing really against them except the fact they're genuine sports rivals in the sense that they have the team to beat us to win the UCL/PL. Although City are starting to become like manure... so far I don't have anything to hate them on the same level as manure and co except for the fact they're genuine rivals. Bayern get a bit on my nerves with their marxist bullsh*t ("tickets are expensive ! We're the heroes of the people!our finances/economy are a good example and a justification for our high prices, salaries etc..." although they've raided 99% of their rivals in the bundesliga, apply expensive prices too and are registered in the german stock exchange I believe but anyway ...) but apart from that, they remain a mere sports rival. Same for Juve and Barça. They fit more in the rival category rather than most hated teams tbf.

Tottenham and Liverpool. Can't stand them. Hate united purely because of the amount of kids I went to school with who supported them despite living in the south.

Same as me, growing up in the 90's supporting Man Utd was what everyone did and thats why i hate them so much. They have this arrogance about them, like they are better and different than everyone else but since Sir Alex has left that myth has gone down the toilet.

What I find as well is that, given their relative lack of success in the past 5-6 years they are turning to reminding us of the glory days. Ironic really as it's exactly what they hammer liverpool fans for doing haha!

There is an old picture of me when i was about 6 years old in my older brothers t-shirt, it had Andy Cole and the words Manchester United on it. It was just assumed back then that everybody would like United..........if i ever find that photograph i am burning it.

Exactly. So true. Funny that Manure are becoming the new deluded liverpool... But honestly, I have never seen worse than spuds and pickeys in terms of hatred ! They're just unbelievably bigoted I swear ! Even le arse aren't on that level. Must be a east vs west london thing for the pikeys. I kinda saw that when I used to live in stratford east london because of work... a true sh*thole! Was probably one of the very few to cheer Chelsea around the stratford centre when we won against them hahaha !

Interestingly enough, no one really seems to have any grudge against Fulham.

I don’t think anybody ever has or ever will give a single sh*t about Fulham!
