Must have been very cold at Pittodrie today. A couple of people I recognise in this picture.

Slightly off subject and I could have posted this in the Rangers and Chelsea vintage threads. I saw the following question posed on a Rangers forum on Facebook.

1. Name players who have played for both Rangers and Chelsea.

I can think of 14 and will post my list in the next day or so. Two are still playing; one was there at the start of Chelsea; and another scored one of the best ever goals at Ibrox. Here's a musical clue for another: Yellow Submarine.

Any of you come up with names?

I did include Billy Gilmour but good point about playing for the first team. I can't recall him playing in the first team for Rangers but will check.

A couple more clues. One had to go in goal for Rangers after Chris Woods was sent-off in a game in the late 80s. At the end of the game he conducted the "choir" in the Copland Road End at Ibrox. Another ran nearly the length of the pitch to score on of the great solo goals by a Chelsea player.

Hearts home to Celtic today. Certainly don't want Celtic to win and I can't envisage any time when I'd want them to win and a draw would help Rangers in their bid for the title. Not a fan of Hearts but rather they and not the lot from the East End of Glasgow.

A great afternoon for Rangers with a 3-0 win and Hearts and Celtic drawing 2-2.
