April 7, 200817 yr Petr has certainly been in the wars the last couple of seasons, Not good for tomorrow night....still have to be grateful we've got good back up although the whole defense looks on edge without Cech behind them.
April 7, 200817 yr Author Agree. Though, thought Alex had a settling effect on the defence against Man City. Doubt he will be considered tomorrow though which is a shame.
April 7, 200817 yr ''lacerations to his lip and chin''.....the 'surgery' mentioned would surley only be a couple of stitches, strange they're not telling us a bit more than that 'tho.
April 7, 200817 yr Author It was Ben Haim who did it http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/a ... =1779&ct=5
April 7, 200817 yr Hmmm, Avram didn't want to say too much at his press conference just now, wouldn't even confirm it was Ben Haim, all very mysterious
April 7, 200817 yr its morbidly amusing it should be that useless waste of space. normally im happy to give everyone new a chance but lets just look at reality for a sec - ben haim really is just bolton material. get well soon cech! at least carlo is a good keeper, although did you see Kezman in the sun reckons he told deivid to shoot at carlo from range because he knew carlo has difficulty with his lines on those? they aaaallllways come back to bite you in the ass, do the old rejects...
April 7, 200817 yr Hmmm, Avram didn't want to say too much at his press conference just now, wouldn't even confirm it was Ben Haim, all very mysterious That probably means it was Ben Haim.
April 7, 200817 yr Cech's face is the only thing Ben Haim has made contact with this season. I have a hard time fathoming how a defender can manage to put the spikes to his own goalie's face.
April 7, 200817 yr I have a hard time fathoming how a defender can manage to put the spikes to his own goalie's face. I had a hard time fathoming how a striker can manage to put a knee to the opposing goalie's head.
April 7, 200817 yr ''lacerations to his lip and chin''.....the 'surgery' mentioned would surley only be a couple of stitches, strange they're not telling us a bit more than that 'tho. Hmmm, Avram didn't want to say too much at his press conference just now, wouldn't even confirm it was Ben Haim, all very mysterious up to 50 stitches, just heard it on Radio 5. Such are the speculations in view of Chelsea being so cagey about the whole thing.
April 7, 200817 yr they aaaallllways come back to bite you in the ass, do the old rejects... which means in 3 years, Ben Haim will score some fluke goal off of us in an opening round CL match for some Danish team.
April 7, 200817 yr What an idiot that man is! It's training, surely you don't go in that hard. Poor Petr, he's been in the wars.
April 7, 200817 yr lips and chin.....how they heck does that happen. kinda have an image in my head...BH #!@#!@
April 7, 200817 yr Worryingly it says here hes out for the season... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/foo...icle3702029.ece
April 7, 200817 yr Author Could be up to 6 months out according to that article. Why did Avram fob us off with the 2 weeks scenario rubbish?
