  2. You did too. Bellingham being a twat.
  3. He is the awful decision made by our board.

  6. Should have smacked him harder.
  7. There did seem to be an incident involving him last night. I saw Bellingham smack him in the back of the head after full time. 33.5 million does sound a lot for him, even in these crazy times.

  9. If he stays, I worry how the fans are going to 'welcome' him in SB.
  10. I think you should take a little time, a little time to think things over.
  11. Well as most people have pointed out Tuchels tactics didn't help but for the most part the players bottled it as they do every tournament. Too scared to play out or push up, always too scared to be the one that might make a mistake and be the next burning effigy. Even Cape Verde had a go. We're the Spurs of international football.
  12. Unless he fully forces a move I don't think we should be trying to sell him. He's a top player who's been held back a lot by the awful decisions made by our board, he was signed to be an important leader in a team going for titles and 3 years later he's being managed by Liam Rosenior.
  13. Should never have defended a one goal lead. Defending a two goal lead with 25 minutes to go even risky given Argentinas comeback record. That’s 12 World Cups I’ve seen us in now. Not one final reached.
  14. Forgot Mainoo.......
  15. I really wanted to see Watkins run at them couldn't help but think TT wanted to keep Kane on for penalties. I could not understand the Toney sub, a physical player perhaps ok for counter attack yet by then we were losing. Argentina did their homework on us and stopped Bellingham and subdued Gordon, Rogers did well for the opening goal yet had not the trickery of a Saka. To think we started with 4 midfielders, Bellingham, Rice, Anderson and Rogers the only one left was Henderson. Argentina found another gear and we did not. It will be interesting final against Spain.

  20. Today

  21. I agree. He looked quite flat-footed and just not that great in general. If we are going to throw any money at Palace, just make it for Adam Wharton.

  23. I also noticed he was often the 1 of the 4 out of position in the line when balls were played over the top. The others would stay in line and he would drop, making the attacker on side. I think the injuries and the mental effects have just completely changed him as a player.

  26. He brought on defenders and 3 of them, as Kane says he thought we were playing out for the 1-0 otherwise he replaces like for like, he did not do this. Exceptional bad management both in substitutes and team communication.
  27. I am getting increasingly concerned about his speed of thought in critical areas. I don't doubt his ability and his quality with the ball at his feet, it is his anticipation of the presence of pressure at pace that concerns me and has done for some time to be honest. With time he is undoubtedly outstanding quality, but in the heat of battle i am not so sure sometimes.
  28. He managed one shot. Says more about Tuchel's cowardice than anything.
  29. Compared to no shots from our apparent greatest striker in the modern game
  30. Don't want a single Argentinian in the squad, cancel the deal and let Strasbourg sell him to someone else.
  31. It seems like the plan wasn't to sit back, but the players immediately did it after scoring and Argentina pushed forward so much, as it's just natural to drop deeper. And Tuchel wanted to try and stop all the crosses coming in by adding more width to the back line. Unfortunately he sacrificed the midfield for that, which meant they just had so much control they could just keep trying until it worked, and with no out ball because Kane and Bellingham were invisible all game, we couldn't get out.
  32. I actually think TT sinks us, Kane said after seeing 3 defenders come on we were playing for the 1-0, or no-one told him the captain! Personally I think we should have changed the front players and if flagging bring up the defenders to half-line to condense the pitch. Instead it became like Custer's last stand.
  33. A second chance to watch him closely in the 3rd/4th play off against us, although if our attack play like they did against Argentina it might give a false impression of his ability LOL
  34. Spence saved a very likely goal with one sensational tackle. Beyond that, he was no better or worse than the other defenders who struggled under non-stop quality presure. Saka? Being nursed by Arsenal, was never fit enough to start which was known when he was selected. That's the issue. Ditto Rice, running on fumes for Arsenal when selected. And Reece, who was fit, technically speaking, but nursed by Chelsea. Tuchel said Reece's hamstring problem couldn't be foreseen. Blind Freddy says otherwise. Selecting his first choice options, regardless of fitness, was always going to be a problem.
  35. Any chance we can pull out of this transfer? Same as the Emegha one, absolutely pointless. Just more book balancing between BlueCo clubs. We sold KDH who is 5x the player. Makes 0 sense.
  36. Actually it came after another of his great shots from way out and Pickford's save resulted in the corner that led to the goal.
  37. Now I am more than sure that the board will not entertain any bullsh*t offers in a world where Anderson goes for 130M and Matheus Fernandes, who was relegated with West Ham and was not even in the Portugal squad at the World Cup, goes for 85M.
