Henry was faster/quicker and the better dribbler but there aren't many other areas he tops Shearer in Henry had players around him that Shearer never did, even at Blackburn when they were champions, he was playing with guys like Wilcox, Ripley, Sherwood, Mark Atkins. Compared for Henry were Pires, Ljungberg, Vieira and Gilberto, and most notably, Bergkamp, one of the most gifted players in the PL (maybe even the most). You could argue that he was important for Arsenal than Henry was. Maybe henry was more of a team player, but individually, it's Shearer for me. the guy also had some really bad injuries back then -- which would probably be worse then than they are now and still became the top scorer overall.

He'd be fine for the majority of the season barring maybe a game or so. Even so, doesn't seem to have affected the likes of Ba, Nasri, Benzema, Touré, Ozil and the many other Muslim players, has it? He's also able to select/postpone some of the days in which he fasts too, in case he's not able to at some point.
