Totally disagree. Not sure how; 1) Ramires was consistent 2) No other midfielder was consistent. Never mind Chelsea, or midfielders, Mata was the most consistent player in the entire PL that season. He dragged us through very little. If there was a guy to drag us, again, that was Mata. Even with his inconsistencies, Hazard provided far more to the team than Ramires -- even Oscar did and he was played out of position. At the end of 12/13 there was much talk about us being over-reliant on Mata with hope that the 13/14 season would be the season where Hazard steps up.
