Handanovic is the best goalkeeper in the world. 2 seasons ago Inter would've been fighting relegation if it wasn't for him. De Gea is certainly up there as at top-class player (close to world class) as well although like Courtois needs to improve on parts of his game.

you've often mentioned juventus, but what about the 20 other big clubs who all have big stadiums or are looking to get bigger ones? To add to the other point above, clubs with bigger stadiums are now aiming to get smaller ones i.e Inter since it's supposedly better to minimise losses. Even so, Juventus not competitive in Europe; they can't afford to spend so greatly, even with their continued title wins. They really don't need to be in the league either with how bad the rest are.

...but, it's not not too sure what you're expecting to be so much better tbh. False hope like I said. he's slower yes, but in terms of general play like the other user was talking about i.e first touch, hold-up play; he never really excelled at that in atletico so why the expectation that it'll be so much better when he comes here? Especially at the style there was very much suited to him and may be less so here.

...but it isn't. you're basing this purely from hope rather than being confident that a pre-season/summer's rest is what it takes to make him much better and solve some of the problems he may have.
