  1. Agree. I was very tempted to stay at home but I'm being a big girl and trudging over to the pub to watch it. Ah well, at least there will be beer and I don't think there are any city fans in there - last week it was full of United fans.

I don't understand half of what is said on here. But I used to have kodi on my firestick and now it doesn't work. What can I use to watch tv series and films now and how do I instal it? In very simple language please!
  3. Well if you're giving it back anyway you might as well give it to me....
  4. Can I have your season ticket please?
  5. Yes much better!
  6. First coffee? I bloody wish! I overslept this morning so had to rush to make the coach. No tea. No coffee. No wee. Haven't brushed my teeth. Counting down the minutes to the services so I can rectify all of that.
  7. Bring on the Shrews! (Hopefully!)
  8. I remember Southampton fans singing that to us a couple of years back . But now our lads have qualified for the semis, you never know! Hope we get Shrewsbury in the semi (or final!) Now that would be good!
  9. He meant in the next round if we beat the Geordies.
  10. Well, at least it would force us to use some of our youngsters.....
  11. Unfortunately I have already agreed to go to the fourth round. I was almost hoping we went out last night so that I didn't have to sit through it! (I doubt there will be anything exciting enough to make me stand so it will be sitting through it!) Ah well, maybe I'll invite my daughter along so we can have a catch up during the match instead. And at least there's beer at half time, unlike at CL matches.
  12. I said he was the stereotypical east European drugs dealer/prostitute pimp in an episode of any British crime drama!
  13. You're right of course - they were just pretty crap I think!
  14. It was awful wasn't it? Though Liverpool at home last season was pretty close too. (That's obviously discounting some of the Division 2 and low Division 1 performances I used to watch in the late 70s too! Luckily I was so far from the pitch I couldn't always be certain how bad it was!)
  15. Kick off delayed until 8 o'clock due to transport difficulties.
  16. Kenedy was pretty awful (to say the least) in the first game. Hope he's better tonight.
  17. It's always good to know the proper technical terms for these things.
  18. You took the words right out of my mouth! @coco is it?
  19. I wasn't the only one who thought the Spammers fans were poor - this is from the Shrewsbury forum "That is by far the worst away support I have seen at the new ground (for a sold out away end). Some kind of sponsored silence?
  20. I think West Ham were even more crap than we were. And their fans were truly awful. One or two round of bubbles (Shrewsbury fans responded with "You can stick your f**king bubbles up your arse") and that was it. I liked Shrewsbury's song of "we'll see you all next year" too.
  21. Went to the Shrewsbury match and boy were West Ham crap. And their fans. Shrewsbury were unlucky not to win.
  22. This is bloody awful. Kenedy has been atrocious and the play is just far too slow.
  23. Although I pretended, he was never the same man the second time round - he lost his charm. Even so, when he left I dreaded him going to Manure. It means nothing now. Funny how things change. I really feel completely detached now. Last year's League title helped I guess!
