  1. Not based on today's game but I wish we got Sanchez, would be great on the right and I feel would be able to work and help the team after Jose had worked with him, plus could cover as striker if we were desperate.
  2. Mikel isn't the problem it's our mindset and style we play with when we have a narrow lead, Mikel optimises that but he personally isn't at fault.
  3. Fabregas poor again letting players run past him. We really need to close players down quicker it's been a problem for a few games now. Saying that if we continue to dominate we should score we just need to be more clinical.
  4. Same story for Willian in the final third but he hasn't been poor this season, feel he's been fairly decent and offers a lot to the team.
  5. Strongest squad we've had since the double winning side. Can't understand how our bench is pathetic when Its a lot stronger than the last 2 or 3 years. The defence looks the lightest but there are a lot of ways the shake things up back there if the worst should happen.
  6. Not sure this is true but either way its disappointing that he isn't getting game time. www.givemesport.com/518883-chelsea-plan-january-loan-switch-for-marco-van-ginkel?autoplay=on&utm_source=FacebookOrganic&utm_medium=FacebookOrganic&utm_campaign=FacebookOrganic
  7. If this is a wake up call we need to pick up our form I'm glad it has come in the CL group, where we can afford a draw. Need to be a lot better but at least we're not being affected by our poor performances at the moment.
  8. http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/respect-john-terry-responds-to-disaffected-chelsea-fan-on-social-media-screenshots/ From the guy who contacted JT on instagram, phoned him and responded to the comments as seen in the article
  9. If United beat them twice that's 6 points already. Southampton are at their peak at the moment other teams are a long way off and can (and will) only get better. Maybe united wont get top four or even finish above Southampton but I really don't think the way football is at the moment well ever see a smaller club like Southampton finish in the top four.
  10. I think people are taking Southampton too seriously, they have started very well but have only played Liverpool and Tottenham (who have both started terribly this season) of the teams that finished above them last year and they lost both. They are a small squad and with injuries or suspensions they will struggle. We rarely see a team break the normal top four teams, even Tottenham have only managed it twice recently and they're a much bigger club than Southampton. Everton and Newcastle have both come close recently but couldn't manage it, I would love Southampton to finish second but they will fall short.
  11. I can't understand why it hasn't happened, tickets would still be the same price so the club wouldn't lose revenue and by buying them in that area you would be accepting that you are going to be standing up all game, really don't see who loses.
  12. They should create a singing section, start it small like the corner of shed or MHL, where stewards kick you out if you aren't standing, no singing is a season long ban.
  13. For me drums create a fake atmosphere, they are annoying and do not mean the fans are any good. It's like Liverpool playing that karaoke song at the beginning and end of their matches and claiming to be the best fans ever.
  14. If we see some changes or at least an effort to changes things I feel Joses comments are justified, however if he thinks by telling the fans that can afford to go to make some noise will work he is mistaken, they know its quiet and either can't or won't do anything about it. I don't see the club changing though, they only care about the financial side and are happy with the stadium being full week in week out and if keeping everyone seated satisfies the causal fans that's the policy they will enforce.
  15. Bringing Wilson on instead on Mata says a lot, where's he going in January then
  16. I think we still will, their fans and manager are delusional.
  17. Agree with that, most managers have even been saying it as well, makes every game so much tougher cause every team knows they have to be right up for it to get anything
  18. Is this the worst defence there has ever been in the premiership? I know it's make shift but absolutely terrible; Valencia-Carrick-McNair-Shaw
  19. The ref should have given two penalties to city how can anyone complain he is bias, two clear yellows no way smalling wasn't getting sent off
  20. "Strawberry" clip https://vine.co/v/OOehwb73EjQ
  21. Soccer Saturday was one of the best things about sky but it seemed after a few weeks of praising us they have decided to go against us. After our win at home v arsenal they basically said we just hacked them and played dirty, nothing else said on it. Now banging on about the pen and saying QPR will feel robbed. f**k off
  22. Should of been a lot more comfortable considering the way we played in the first half. They offered almost nothing all game
  23. Solanke 9/2 to score first, worth a tenna on that.
