Just look at Inter they lost in their first game against fenerbache in CL and nobody said nothing about sacking Mancini. People are talking about us not going past 1st round, we didnt even lose our game it was a draw, im pretty confident we will go past 1st round hopefully go alot further.

He has had enough chances to prove himself, i think he should have been dropped long time ago.

I think our problem with not having creative players is just as big as the tactical issues. Whats the use having that many strikers when nobody can deliver the ball to them in order to score. The probability to score with three(not at all creative) strikers upfront is much smaller than having only one striker(Drogba) and two creative wingers like Man u have Ronaldo and Giggs. I know Sheva didnt play at his position this time but he has most of the games last year and still didnt show anything, the reason why he was good at Milan and not here is cause hes dependant on a creative midfielder like pirlo to pass to him when he goes deep, it was the same case with Kezman hes the same kind of player. If you look at Milans style of play and Chelseas they totally different, so i think Sheva is just wasting his career at Chelsea and Chelsea is not gaining anything having hin on. With Lampard and Ballack back i think it will be allright at least.

I still dont understand why he plays KalouDrogbaSheva and not MaloudaDrogbaSheva. None of those 3 have good passing ability, there is just no teamwork there. Kalou just does the same thing every time he gets the ball on the left side, he is always challenging never even considers passing to the players that should score D and S. And when he challenges he almost never goes by his man let along score.

I wouldnt give anybody the vote in this one, maybe Joe Cole if he hadnt missed that one.

I cant believe Kalou is playing instead of Malouda, i mean we dont even have set piece takers.

I agree it was a terrible game for Chelsea but i think if we wouldnt get red card it would probably be a very different game. The first 20 min looked great for us, Malouda and A.Cole worked well together on the left side. The passing game was so calm and not many long balls. Everybody was good the first 20. But after the red card Malouda moved to the right again and lost his game, everybody was just confused after the sending off.

Great post - I agree with all of that, and you've summed up exactly how I feel, too. This is what every Chelsea fan should feel like. Theres nothing positive about this. Its true that the top people dont know much about football, there job is to handle money, thats defnatly not how it should be, but its tru for alot of clubs

Even if Paulo hasnt played, hes a better defender, which is needed in this game i think. I think JT and Alex dont work against less quality teams cause theyr to slow(to stop counterattacks) as showed against Villa, but Man U will probably have a lot of possesion which is positive for JT and Alex. Swp im not sure about but Malouda will be good for helping out A.Cole with Ronaldo. Sheva and Kalou is what im most worried about, would rather see Pizzaro then Kalou if hes fit.

However like i said Kaka and Ibrahimovic. Other then them i think maybe Messi. Bojan Krkic Perez will probably take Messis place soon in Barca so Messi should be available then. Deco, Iniesta, Lahm(as right back) Arsenal alone have at least two players that chelsea would need like Rosicky and Fabregas maybe Hleb to, but not all of them at once off course. I think its interesting to compare Arsenal and Chelsea. Arsenal have to much creativity and not enough strength. Chelsea have more then enough strength but not enough creativity.

I would rather have Joe Cole than Diego, from what ive seen him in Brazil he has a good shot and passing but no pace at all. He reminds me of Kranjcar but a bit faster. I dont think ive seen anybody slower than Kranjcar on a pitch.

I wouldnt worry bout Tevez that much, at least judging from his games so far. Ronaldo is the guy we should be worried about the most i think, and Vidic in the air. I agree Sheva was terrible and has been so ever since he came. That header should have been a goal, im sure it would have been if it was Drogba.

Yeah thats what i was gonna say, he was terrible on the right, thats JM fault cause he put him there. If hes gonna play at all it should be only on the left.

How do you give malouda a 0? In added time we had more scoring chances then in the whole game and malouda was the one creating those. The header from Sheva on maloudas cross should have been a goal, he had the whole left side of the goal open and he headed it right on the goalie.

I think Ibrahimovic and Kaka would be good for chelsea, more creativity.
