Liam Delap joins Chelsea *Official*
Total exageration. But you're missing the point. What I'm getting at is Delap is a good squad player. He knows he's playing second fiddle to Pedro and he isn't going to sulk the place out and ruin the team spirit when he's sitting on the bench. He's a good alternative to have and hopefully we will see him continue to improve.

Strikers will pick up cards. It's annoying when the cards become red but unless I'm mistaken, Delap has the one red card for us when Jackson has two. But it's not just about cards, it's the whole demeanour. At least Delap plays with a smile on his face - so much more preferable to old sulky bo**ocks.

Really hope he comes good. Had a complete mare for the first 30 minutes or so against Hull but fair play to him, he battled on and did well after that. Saw so many social media posts writing him off and folk wanting Jackson back. No Way - his attitude alone makes him a much better player to have around than Jackson.

Following Our Nearest And Dearest Rivals 2025/26
Spurs have appointed Igor Tudor as interim. As I don't follow Italian football, my first thought was, WHO?!!

Hull City vs Chelsea (FAC) Friday 13th February 19:45 GMT
That doesn't surprise me. Last thing LR needs is a defeat to a Championship team and one of his ex-clubs at that. He knows that would create a LOT of negative press. We need to win this and win well. A good FA Cup run would be nice too.

Jackson transfer
You speak for yourself!!

Alejandro Garnacho
The way I look at it, we were paying Sterling £325k per week to be total sh*te so if we are paying Garnacho far less to be even more sh*te, that has to be good business. Right?

Or of course Maresca - that would be equally satisfying to see the useless bald c**t take Spurs down and the first time I've been happy that they have an ex CFC manager. Never liked the fact they had Conte or Mourinho - a stain on both CV's. Was surprised (pleasantly) that things didn't work out for Frank as I thought he would do well there. Kind of glad he's gone as I can go back to liking the bloke again.

Would love to see De Zerbi go there and then take Spurs down as I can't stand either of them!!

Josh Acheampong
I will be really disappointed if Josh isn't selected for the next few games. We have to stick with him and let him flourish. He was only part responsible for that goal last night after Trev had already messed up, Caicedo switched off (perhaps well aware he had already given away 1 penalty) and then Sanchez rushed out to add to the chaos. IF Josh had played more up to now, maybe he would have dealt with it better. Overall. I still think he had a good game and no way should he be dropped or rested after last night.

Andrey Santos Signs for Chelsea
Was the main reason we looked so much better in the first half last night. I know the whole team dropped off in the second half but it was frustrating that Santos was one of the players subbed - should have been Caicedo.

Really was dreadful. But I would also include Sanchez. Think him coming out when there were already 4 defenders there just added to the confusion and just perhaps stopped one of them hoofing it into the stands.

Never a deliberate handball. We had more than enough chances to clear it. Caicedo just switched off and then Sanchez and Josh f**ked up between them.

Moises Caicedo to Chelsea! "Official"
Such fine margins. He was winning so many tackles and nicking balls when he had no right to. Now he's miss timing them and too often getting the man rather than the ball. Could be tired legs / muscles, but looks like he definitely could do with a rest - hope Lavia can fill in sooner rather than later.

So disappointing to drop points after being so in control for 60 minutes. We didn't look in any danger until that rush of blood from Caicedo and that changed the game. But so many positives. Best football I have seen us play for a long time with Santos instrumental in most things. So refreshing to see so many forward passes rather than the dull snooze fest Maresca-Ball that sucked the life out of you. Gutted Cole didn't put away what would have been a late winner but that's football.

MOTM vs Dirty Leeds (H) (PL)
Yep, that's the starting 11 with James in for Gusto. Went for Santos. His passing and control in the first half was sublime. Would have kept him on and hooked Caicedo.

Chelsea vs Leeds United (PL) Tuesday 10th February 19:30 GMT
Clearly our strongest 11 (in the absence of Colwill) and only Acheampong & Lavia to be considered without weaking the side too much. Back in the day, before rotation and player management, this team pretty much picks itself every week.

Pedro Neto *Official*
No fan of any of our wide men - bar Estevao. At least Neto did make a decent contribution for our 3rd goal Saturday. Garnacho is just terrible to watch.

Chelsea vs Leeds United (PL) Tuesday 10th February 19:30 GMT
I think LR will have a better understanding of this fixture than Maresca did. Dreadful team selection and performance at Elland Road back in December with the silver lining being that was a big nail in Maresca's coffin. Hope this is why James has been rested so he is fully fit for this game and will help us inflict some revenge.

Liam Rosenior - Chelsea Head Coach *Now Sacked*
That used to be the case. Sadly not the case now under the new regime. It's all about the £££££££

Liam Rosenior - Chelsea Head Coach *Now Sacked*
We had MUCH better players available in those seasons so hard to compare TBH.

What makes him mentally weak? I like the fact he had a run in with the Arsenal coaching staff. He certainly didn't look weak there.

Good that he's match fit but PL is a step up from the standard in French League and AFCoN.

Don't know a lot about Sarr. Maybe start him in the Hull FA Cup game and see how he fares? Hato isn't that bad but I just prefer Cucurella in any league games. Guy has plenty of energy so I don't think he needs resting. And definitely Chalobah alongside Josh rather than Tosin - isn't he still injured anyway?

Tosin and Hato? Why not just throw in Badiashille to and hand Wolves the 3 points?!!!
