  1. I was never worried United we're going to win the league. The only thing Ole resembles of Fergie is how f**king jammy United get under him. But you can't consistently keep grinding out results like they do. It should be City's title, if it's not City then it's only Liverpool catching them, United don't have what it takes.
  2. Title race is over for us anyway, Everton sinking is good for us. I think it's obvious that Liverpool, City and United are nailed on top 4 this season, we need to get that extra spot, any other team losing for us there is a bonus.
  3. City was more bearable for me because as spineless and embarrassing as that result was, City were a great side then, those two years under Pep they were unplayable. Arsenal? f**k me, that was embarrassing.
  4. I'll be happy either way. Everton losing is good for us in the table since they have two games in hand over us right now. But I can't deny United losing is always good, especially now.
  5. Sheffield could pull a Wolves and just sit back all game and go for counters. They've been grinding out some results tbf to them but we should be winning this, they're awful.
  6. I know it's only 3 games but imo Mount looks better under Tuchel so far, I've seen some big improvements. But that might be because he's playing behind the striker again.
  7. I've never been a big fan of Zouma either, but I do think he's every bit better than Rudiger. I couldn't get behind the Zouma hype one bit, beecause he always has a mistake in him, he switches off, and on top of that on the ball he's awful. But that's the thing really, any manager that comes in, you're going to see stuff like this, it's only 3 games of course but I don't think Zouma is part of Tuchels plans by the looks of things.
  8. We've had some embarrassing moments against Arteta as a club imo. That recent loss, however the f**k that happened, that 2-2 draw what the f**k... And the Cup final for obvious reasons.
  9. Such an awkward position that for players who take up coaching/managing roles against other teams though isn't it? Because they can't not celebrate or it looks terrible for the team they're at.
  10. Just came here to confirm, you especially are terrible!!!

Maybe not, sometimes I see promising things from him, and I thought last season he should've had many assists if it wasn't for poor finishing, particularly the through balls to Abraham. I think either way he's a good squad player though, handy player to have on your team.
  12. And sadly, very soon, Eden Hazard.

Okay I promise you all, I didn't hack Just's account.
  14. For me the only positive with him right now is his pace and work rate, he's making runs and stretching the defence, but lower league teams have players like that. We need much more than that from Werner if he's to lead the line. That first half especially he f**ked just about everything up every time he got the ball besides the penalty decision of course, but I think that was more down to Eric Dier being a thick twat than anything.
  15. Under Frank in his first season when he played with Jorginho-Kovacic, there were defensive limitations but teams were pressing us and trying to exploit our piss poor defence. Kovacic and Jorginho handled the press well together. For me that's our best midfield partnership when it comes to playing a pivot. Not ideal, but our best one to use at the moment, I'm hoping when teams come to press us, Kova and Jorghi can handle it, there will be defensive limitations though no doubt about it. However, we have to play with what we've got, Kante isn't exactly offering a great alternative these days.
  16. You and a few others went overboard on the first game tbf. Tuchel did say picking a team for Wolves was the hardest thing to do because everyone was so impressive in training, so he went with experience with it being his first game and two days to prepare. If Mount as good as everyone says he is (which for the most part he is) then he's going to play, same with James, Abraham, CHO. Actually, CHO is playing more now than Lampard played him, I just hope Gilmour gets his chance.
  17. Gol is going to get revenge on us all now for taking the piss out of him for months on end
  18. Does that still count? I thought if you score from the end of a set piece it still counts as a set piece goal?
  19. Wasn't open play though, that was a free kick when he scored. But I think someone else just answered the question elsewhere, he scored from open play under Sarri.
  20. I love Kova btw, one of my favourite Chelsea players, but f**k me is he frustrating in front of goal, I wish he could shoot.
  21. Only 3 games in, good so far besides that Wolves game. The best news right now is that we are creating chances again, the bad news is that our striking is absolutely w**k. Tuchel has a dilemma on his hands here, does he persist with Werner and hope he grows into the system and gains confidence? Or does he wrap it up now and play Giroud/Tammy there, (most likely Giroud)?
  22. I'm very insightful as always, no kneejerk reactions here!
  23. I've heard a stat that in Jose's 22 years of management he's never lost two games back to back from home until now? Not sure how true that is though, if that's true that's astonishing.
  24. This is not to say Kante has no technical ability, but a lot of his game does rely on pace, Kante losing pace is going to effect his game big time, unless like you and Makalele said, he adapts his game. I don't see that last part happening though. This is why I wasn't against him leaving in the transfer window last season, time isn't on his side anymore and injuries keep piling up.
