Ake coming back would be fantastic imo, was one of the few players in our loan system that I was shocked to see go as he always had a big future. Also hearing rumours that we are trying to get Zaha which would be great (but I seriously doubt 80m is worth it...). Dybala clearly wants to move, and hes at Juve one more season. If we can get a UCL spot this season, I definitely would try signing him too! Next summers transfer incomings: Zaha, Ake, Dybala, Rugani How great would that be?

Thats because Bayern had players in other parts of the pitch where there were goal scorers... Thats a problem for us because we dont seem to have a solid goal scorer anywhere on the pitch and havent for a really long time. Even Hazard wasn't much of a goal scorer, he was much better at creating chances.

Did agent Cech really strengthen them though? If anything he cost them more points than gained! Of course given the choice I would sell these players abroad to a non-english side, but given that the VAST majority of the time we do sell players to rivals, they are way past it and over the hill. I cant think of a single player we sold directly to a rival that turned out to be amazing and made me regret it. Players like KDB and Salah dont count as they are initially sold abroad. Either way, Luiz for 8m is definitely a bad move imo, even if he plays 80% of his games terribly, that 20% where he plays well in a big game would be worth that tiny fee.

In terms of selling players, I have no doubt we are great at getting good fees for players that dont command it. Our problem has always been (well in recent years) is who we bring in... and the way we handle our loanees

8m? Okay I am completely against this now. If it was at least 20-30m I would have been okay with him going, but for 8?? That is disgraceful

Lmao pretty funny in all honesty, would be lying if i were to say I saw this coming! Depends on what kinda fee he goes for tbf, 30m or above and ill take it given hes 32! Arsenal seem pretty desperate anyway. And given Arsenal's current defence, signing someone like Luiz who is prone to mistakes would be hilarious! I guess he didn't like the fact that he was going to be playing as a 4th CB behind Rudi, Christensen and Zouma. Probably a good thing he left, now someone like Tomori has been promoted which is good to see.
