Think you mean overestimated easy done though as you say, nobody could have expected the mediocre perfrmances they've been having. They certainly miss Rooney in the form he's been in.

Don't know if this has been posted before but it made me laugh,

I'm sure it was in the plan to bring him on, I was interested to see if Jose was about to try him for Frank or just put him on for Willian or Hazard, that said Frank didn't tire and had a great game, Willian put a shift in and although Hazard was a bit quiet (lol) I don't think subbing him would have helped. I can understand not bringing him into that sort of chaotic game, not the right situation but I'm sure he'll get time soon.

101 points this week thanks to the biter...makes a change, normally every time I get one player doing something another seems to get booked and go into minus.

I think he has improved under Jose and although he was woeful tonight I don't think he deserves a rehash of the same old things that have been said about him in this thread by pretty near most of us. He's one of three strikers we have who can all flatter to decieve, I'll be happy enough as long as all three get their chances and we don't watch bad performance after bad performance, I think he was decent at West Ham and has looked sharper on the whole and I can't say my faith in the two alternatives is anything but up and down. I bet hes gutted enough looking at the way Hazard performed and wishing he could have hit some form at the same time, it must be painful knowing what he could do at his best.

I've been calling for him to take players on in most games but didn't know until tonight that he just didn't want to make them look silly.

Hazard gave us what we'd been needing, took the game by the scruff of the neck and showed his class, great performance.
