Newbie saying hello!
Welcome Scotslad19, we were just discussing your Belhaven in the "Beers" thread!

What's wrong with Anelka?
He seems distracted and I haven't seen that before. But he can play anywhere on the field, so everyone's positioning solution is right. I'd have a 4-5-1 with plenty of defensive responsibility, but not for him.

LAST-11 COMPETITION STANDINGS - MAN CITY
Not surprising :) I'd hate to be in the lead right now...

Chelsea vs Manchester City (Prem) 27/02/10 1245 KO
CA needs to challenge these guys and the best way as a coach is to dicker with their playing time. Some of these stalwarts could stand a wakeup call (MB, JT & NA). I wouldn't worry about their confidence/momentum, because much of what we had has left us. Everyone is flat (except BI & FM) and the rest are injured. Suggests that attacking wingbacks are overrated in the big picture. But still on top!

Think of the Sun newspaper as the barker, JT is the attraction, and the paying customer feeding the process. It's as clear as the Simonon on your arm...

Agreed. But followed by: "It will be another panto on Wednesday, it will be like JT has left the Celebrity Big Brother house or something." "Lets hope the next round of the circus doesn't affect him like the previous ones seem to have." "he's brought it all on himself" Don't mean to be a dick, but I think you betrayed the excellent opinion you started with...- Next World Cup Winners
I'll say Italy over Spain...- Rooney backs Terry
Hate the U, I thought they would surely drop off after saying goodbye to CR and CT, but that English bulldog has kept them in it. Any fan has to be impressed... bjd, I can't understand why you would call this thread a refreshing break from the circus, and then pay the barker.- Team Bridge
Nicely done, bjd and stride. These views are compatible: Screw WB for milking this, but let's not bring it to our Cathedral.- Quick Computer Question
Another one is called Malwarebyte, downloaded installed and ran it on an infected computer. Took an hour, worked great...- Chelsea vs Manchester City (Prem) 27/02/10 1245 KO
BTW Loz seemed to have everybody organized as starters...- Chelsea vs Manchester City (Prem) 27/02/10 1245 KO
Great that this match is on ESPN2! That means the visual excitement of Drogba attacking in High Definition, but also the unfortunate Tevez closeup. Thus the handy pint...- Chelsea vs Manchester City (Prem) 27/02/10 1245 KO
Really looking forward to the beatdown at the Bridge 3-1 NA/DD FL/Deco/MB/OM BI/RC/JT/FM HH (Sub JC, SK and DS) I'm waiting for the first Shed End regular who starts Kalou...- Daily Mail Slander
You know these rags have at least some journalists that don't want to write/photograph sex scandals their whole career. It seems to me that these two especially are slaves to their readership. Who cares about his life away from the pitch? Plenty 'dem- hello TrueChelsea here
You can study Biology away from class. Welcome, Muzica- Inter vs Chelsea (MOTM)
Kalou. Should have been Drogba, but he was very unlucky. Nod to Malouda and Ivanovic.- Inter vs Chelsea (CL) 24/02/10 1945 KO
Really wanted a performance by Lamps and Anelka and got neither. I'm most happy with Malouda though (because I believe any midfielder can play LB or RB) and he was impressive today. I would wager a win at the Bridge, but these Yanks around me don't know what I mean...- Mourinho's Style Of Football?
Me too, Rahul- Inter vs Chelsea (CL) 24/02/10 1945 KO
Yes, the goals will be dramatic. Go Anelka!- cardiff fan wondering your views...
Every little dust-up should end with a handshake and raised pint.- Will it make the Nationals?
We could take it as a compliment. They don't have a grudge, they just sell more fishwrap when they assail anything Chelsea. Write about troubles with Burnley, and it goes nowhere...- cardiff fan wondering your views...
Now that's study I can get behind. Must include oral exams... BlueBeard, that was quite a confessional and I now feel compelled to apologize for my previous characterization of you. ;)- LAST-11 COMPETITION
Thanks, nice game. "That's how you're gonna beat 'em, Butch. They keep underestimating you." - Pulp Fiction- Joe Cole to Man Yoo ?
Joe gets so much love and encouragement from the home set, yet disappoints repeatedly. Scapegoat he is not, more like a can't quite get it done goat. - Rooney backs Terry
