I think Piazon is better than Josh already. This kid is class and should be in the fort team next year. He is a much better attacker than Josh. Josh is more of a facilitator. He plays a little deeper. Two different styles though.

Other teams seem to have the same expectations and still bring through youth players. Arsenal, Man U, and Spuds seem to be bringing in some youth into the team. You look at some of the players we have in the youth system and it looks like we have a great set up. Players like Chalobah, Piazon, Bertrand (Establishing himself already) Lukaku, Josh, etc should all be first teamers at some point. As for Piazon, I think he is the most polished player we have in our youth system. I even will go ahead and say that I feel that he is better than Josh. Now I know some see Josh as the next great one, and I agree he will be a good player, but I seem more from Piazon. Piazon is more of an attacking threat where Josh would be better from a deeper central position.

This kid has dominated the competition that he has played against so far. He played really well in the FA Youth Cup and personally I feel that this kid is ready to play in the first team. Hopefully the way this team has been promoting youth changes and lets Piazon show what he can do. Wishful thinking though.

Gomez has 40 goals this year and he is only 26. That is consistent play for the whole year. Drogba disappeared for most of the season. We got into a hole. Now, all of a sudden we have games that mean a lot and he decides to start playing at a high level. You are telling me that Drogba is better than Gomez, right now? By the way, Higuain has 26 goals, Hulk has 20, Rooney has 34, Benzema has 32. Drogba has 12 goals. You don't have much of an arguement.

This kind of bugs me. Menezes has something against Ramires and I don't know why. And now Ramires playing more of an attacking role may hurt him because there is no way he will play before guys like Neymar. Hopefully, not though. Mano hasn't even picked Ramires to the team in the last couple chances. Complete bull.

I'm sure they are both close to being fit. If this were midseason Luiz may even be playing. They are holding them out so that they don't take any chances for the final.

This is just an example of people holding onto the past. He is nowhere near the "best there is." Ya, he as been great recently, but he was poor leading up this this run he is on. Holding onto the older players would hurt the club in the long run. I love these players as much as everybody else, but it is bad for the club not to invest in the future.

I'm not saying Lucas is the savior of everbody's team, but after the succes that Ramires is having it would be a no brainer to sign this guy. Lucas has that same driving force that Ramires has but with better ball skills, vision, and goal scoring ability. Now, Ramires just keeps getting better and better so this isn't a knock on him. In my opinion, he deserves the player of the year for the club,

Spuds and Newcastle play Everton and Fulham in the last week. Games they can easily drop points. Everton and Fulham have been playing tough lately. 4th is still very possible.

You realize that spurs are losing right now and Newcastle are playing city.

Malouda is still selfish. Torres makes a diagonal run and Malouda gets in the way. Sturridge wide open on the left and Malouda shoots with no angle. Good work Malouda.

I've seen this guy play a bunch and I am not sold on him. He is not that good out wide and that is where we would use him. He isn't a true winger and he isn't as good in the middle as Mata is. I see him as a squad player kind of a replacement for Kalou or Malouda. He doesn't have the quality to be a starter for Chelsea.

There is a difference between starting for chelsea and starting for this team. This team just doesnt have the players out wide.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Drogba was having a sh*t day before the goal. His wages aren't worth 2 more years. Thinking like that is what got Chelsea in the place it is now. Fighting for 5th with aging stars. That being said, when Drogba scores his attitude gets better so hopefully he can ride the momentum in the second half.

Alright, 1-0 at half. We have been in this position a lot lately and every time we play like a bunch of pussys. We need to stay aggressive and not play cautious and scared. Lets get 2 more goals.
