  1. Was a cracking new one i hadnt seen at the Peli before on Saturday - long, straight dark hair. A beaut. Eastern European of course but hey ho.
  2. I would like to see Hedman start instead of Ballack, but I don't think it is going to happen
  3. Dont waste your breath or bandwidth even contemplating this. Its.Never.Going.To.Happen
  4. im slap bang in the middle me. Yes i love the trophies and i guess wouldnt swap them for anything. but its been a long time since i felt like that coming out of a game. i suppose barca two years ago wouldve been the last time. when was the last time we saw some really, really great football from chelsea over a period of time ? i guess we are looking at Autumn 2004 when Mourino stumbled across the 4-3-3 formation when Drogs got injured. Last season and this we bumbled our way through game after game playing percentage football. But last season we pissed the League and this season we are still on for the quadruple. But of course its catch-22. What those Spurs fans wouldnt give for a trophy eh ?
  5. Oh Jesus, the "you can't have an opinion because you weren't there" argument! Leave it - we're done! We are not done. Nope i wasnt going to give it that argument (and im slightly offended that you think i was) Normally i am the first to pick holes in a chelsea match. In any other circumstances i would be the first to have a pop at cashley or diarra after sunday but the point i was trying to make was that i couldnt. I was so utterley overwhlemed by the game on sunday i just didnt want to. It was everything for me Sunday, the excitment, the opponents the goals, the emotions, - it had everything and was why i love football so much. From a chelsea point of view it wasnt a perfect show but i didnt care i got my value for moneys worth and had a great, emotional day. Im sorry if this was lost in translation but i am never the type to have a pop at people who were not at the game who have an opinion. And thats why i asked if you were there, because i wanted to know your feelings on the occasion and if it affected you like it did me. Now we are done.
  6. what a manc state that woman is. face liked she been smacked like a kipper
  7. Tickets sold to Tim. Loz, you can remove the headline message at the top of the forum (thanks for doing that)
  8. shes got Arsenal fan written all over her too...
  9. I havent been to 3PL since that night in 2002. That walk from Seven Sisters kills me. Youve really got to have your wits about you eh ?
  10. Thinking about it this game could be tougher than we think. City were booed off on Sunday, they had the old 'youre not fit to wear the shirt' and there were tears on the terrcaces etc. In situations like this the next home game after something like like that always tends to be a very passionate affair and its amazing how many times Chelsea always seem to be the opponents for teams in matches like this! We need to start quickly (for onces) or get a hold on the game or the Blue Moon mob will start to believe....
  11. OK, first things first. I AM NOT A TOUT AND I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE ANY MONEY ON THESE TICKETS. Basically, i was one of the lucky ones yesterday and managed to get 4 tickets (in Block 108) for the first game at the the new Wembley, next Saturday 24th March at 12:30pm. I since have found out i have a very busy day next Saturday (i knew i shouldve checked with the missus!) and cannot make it. Gutted. Ive tried my family and close mates none of whom want to go/are already going/cant go. So my next step is to the good folk of the CSR. Its a strictly first come first served basis and i ask is that you be a reputable well know CSR poster that is familiar to me. Ok, lets leave out the reputable! Tickets are a tenner each so its 40 all in. You will also have to give your word you will use these tickets and not sell them on for profit. Ideally if you are going to the Peli on Saturday we can do the deal there! If not im sure we can come to some arrangement. I can assure you i am not some dodgy geezer and will not rip you off. Those who know me can (hopefully!) clarify this!
  12. Your speaking to the wrong fans if you want to speak about Heysel mate. Many Chelsea will never forgive and certainly never forget the Liverpool board and sections of the Liverpool media for trying to pin the blame on Chelsea and Millwall fans. How does your song go ? 'You aint go no history' ? Well your club has and thank the lord ours isnt like yours.
  13. It only about a max of 3 weeks isnt it ? Still, like you say its hardly ideal!
  14. anyone else think that if we dont win this its all over ? i do im afraid. also have to say (sadly) that if shev doesnt make it to play it could be a total blessing in disguise. i would hope jose would play drog up front with diver boy and kalouuuuu just behind. we shall see...

  17. i didnt even both mate. i went straight to the offy next door for 2 cans of stella!
  18. you can be rest assured that the comments by 'the witness' are totally made up. just like when the Sun prints something by either a 'pal', a 'close friend' or best of all, an 'insider'!!!
  19. our game will, without question be at OT. fingers crossed its the saturday and not sunday. still, first things first lets beats sperz eh ?
  20. happened a long time after the game ended didnt it ? there was no sign of bother before or directly after the match from what i could gather. at about 12pm i was outside the peli and a group of about 25 tottenham 'lads' walked past stone islanded up to the hilt but they were mostly smirked at by everyone else. as just has already said there was plenty of old bill around so any trouble was unlikely. its not the first time the parsons green area has been used for some sperz/chelsea bother i seem to recall it going off not far from the duke a season or two ago. lets hope al those who are injured get well soon.

a cheesy one but hows about Don Henleys 'The Boys Of Summer'...
  22. I too was at the game yesterday and agree with Just 100 percent here. I also agree with Loud & Proud that the atmosphere 2nd half yesterday was stunning. At the end of the day i can coment on players and tactics but what a spectacle that mustve been for a neutral, i tell you what you cant beat a good English FA Cup tie. Meeting up in the Peli afterwards i felt like i done a marathan, i was shattered, a weeks worth of emotions in 90 mins. Great stuff. And all for 25 quid! oh and... Bet youre a riot down the boozer mate.

here you go geezer, same ring tone as mine... http://www.yourfilehost.com/media.php?c ... idator.mp3
  24. And me! They are all coming back now. I also forgot Time Out Of Mind by Bob Dylan (1997) too. Was Tom Pettys 'Full Moon Fever' 90s ? I must check. There are some proper comedy efforts on your list BB, my personal fave being Santana closely followed by Gary Moore. However you get some 'cool' points for Nick Cave!
