No in your opinion he wasnt offside, by the letter of the law Babel was offside, please go and check the video a couple of pages back in this thread, pause it on 15 seconds and you will see Babel stopped his walk back to an onside position for a split second whilst still offside. Andy Townsend described it better by saying "He was having a look whilst still offside". At the end of the day he was in an offside position between Maka (the last defender) and Kuyt (onside) the ball reciever. This intefering (or not) offside law has the biggest Grey area in any modern day sport, so its no suprise we disagree on it really.

Why do we have to completley overhaul the kit all the time, why cant they just tweak it here and there, so its enough of a change to warrant buying another shirt, but keeping it similar. The present top is my fav shirt since the Centenary shirt , and the shirt back in 84.
