groundstaff and manure players
In fairness, it wasn't deliberate. If there were any intent or any pain/damage was done, then it would have been a very different story. I'm not buying into that, he is having a lot of accidents latley, what happens next time when he does seriously hurt someone (he could of easily broke her leg with those boots and no shin pads on), he will say i didnt mean to i suppose, and get away with it ? Accidents are too often caused by bad tempered people who "didnt mean it".

Lowest of the low
I'd like to think that any member here (even a loyal CFC fan with 2'000+ posts) would be banned by our Mods straight away for posting crap like that, even if it was about Gerrards mum or whoever. Truly deplorable, wish i had a punchbag for times like this !

Teams you dislike/hate most?
1. Leeds Utd, remember, we hate Leeds ! And we really hated them. They wrecked our clock.....

The Visa Issue??
You read my mind, i was thinking would they ? Then i thought of the oppurtunity they would have of making a few £ with all the 'poorer' fans spending their pennies @ SB and i reckon your right Mak.

The Visa Issue??
Good point, lets have an almighty shed end piss up for the final ?

Were we that bad?
I know why we get so many Scousers on here...... Weve scored 94 points more than them over the last 6 seasons. 2003 - 3 points better than them. 2004 - 19 points better than them. 2005 - 37 points better than them. 2006 - 9 points better than them. 2007 - 15 points better than them. 2008 - 11+ points better than them. No wonder they hate us !

The Visa Issue??
Spain, France, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Portugal, even Italy and i would of gone. Would of drove their myself no problem, £60 on ferry and £200 on fuel, plus tickets and food/drink, could of done it on £500ish. But no way am i giving up a couple of £k to go to Russia, I can see a big % of our fans not being able to afford this ? I spend that much to take a family of 4 abroad for 2 weeks all in. On top of that, i got a slim to no f**king chance of getting a visa, unless they got drowned with applications and just threw them through without checking them, i was terrible as a young boy

Roman Abramovich
You may have a more interesting response if you ask HERE & HERE. Roman is a bit different to the rest of the big money takovers, he actually loves Chelsea and has lost a lot of his own money supporting us. Top bloke

Chelsea Vs Liverpool (2nd Leg)
If we win it will go down as THE biggest victory in our history BAR NONE !....Till the final anyway. Chelsea Vs Liverpool (2nd Leg) These are the teams that could be selected..... ------------------------Cech----------------------- Paulo--------Carvalho-----------Terry--------A.Cole -----------------------Maka------------------------ -----------------Essien-------Ballack---------------- Joe Cole--------------Drogba------------------Kalou ------------------------Reina---------------------- Carragher--------Hyypia--------Skrtel--------Riisse -------------Alonso--------Mascherano------------- ---------Kuyt--------Gerrard--------Babel---------- ----------------------Torres----------------------- I'm going to pretend Avram will shock us all and pick this team..... ------------------------Cech----------------------- Paulo--------Carvalho-----------Terry--------A.Cole -----------------------Mikel------------------------ ---------Essien-------Ballack---------Kalou--------- -----------------Anelka---------------------------- ----------------------------Drogba----------------- Kalou did track back and defended really well the weekend against Manure. Joey has just had 1 too many bad games for me, so i drop him for this one, keep him fresh for Newcastle, then he may play a blinder to get in the CL final if we get through. Will Avram go for Gold with Anelka AND Drogba from the start ? And how come i have got butterflies 2 days early ?

Just the 1 will do

Another PFA snub...no chelsea player in team of the year
This was talked about during the game on sky saturday. It was thought the reason was that Chelsea have used their squad more extensivley over the season. Chelsea have only got 2 players (both the Coles) who have played more than 35 games so far this season, on the other hand Manure have got 8 players. Would explain our small injury list at present, considering its the end of the season.

Slag him off now all you like
If you added that Barnsley knocked us out of the FA cup, & Spuds done in the CC final at Wembley after we took the lead, & also that we threw away a 4-2 lead at Spuds and @ home to A/V in the Prem, then i would understand fans writing of the manager. Would you believe that ?

What the pundits say....
Lee Dixon BBC football pundit Let's take nothing away from Chelsea (no dont take anything away, give a bit of respect if anything) - to actually get into this position and go into today's game needing a win is a phenomenal achievement (not really, weve been doing this for 3 years now). Man Utd just need to win their last two games against West Ham and Wigan - (clever boy) ! They were so far behind (were we ?), everyone had written them off (had we ?) and then they come with this charge where nobody saw them coming up on the rails (must be blind then) and then they beat Man Utd. They've just ground out results. They haven't played particularly well, they've been off form, but they've got results. Man Utd just need to win their last two games (we heard you the first time) against West Ham and Wigan and if they don't win those then they don't deserve to win the title and Sir Alex Ferguson knows that.

What the pundits say....
I only seriously listen to the pundits that have ridden the crest of a wave in their football career. Hansen, O'Neil & Desially are great pundits to listen to. Pundits like Shearer, Dixon and Peacock just come out with the obvious comments, the easy calls. Dixon (yesterday on footie focus) said Uniteds midfield would overun the Chelsea midfield and he couldnt see them losing. The exact opposite happened as we all now know. P.S. he made the comments even though he knew what 11 Ferguson was starting with.

What the pundits say....
Dont worry, countermeasures have been taken against Crooks punditing, we have our very own Val, who keeps backing Utd.

What the pundits say....
What the pundits say.... BBC pundits on Chelsea v Man Utd Alan Hansen Match of the Day pundit When you consider both sides played away in the Champions League it was a tribute to the two managers that we had open and attacking football. Chelsea were the better side and Man Utd, at times, didn't get tight enough quick enough The pace and intensity was absolutely phenomenal.I thought the officials had a great afternoon because in a game of this intensity they let it flow. Chelsea were the better side and Man Utd, at times, didn't get tight enough quickly enough. A lot of people have been saying that Chelsea haven't really got any flair players and they're not attractive to watch, but they dispelled that myth today - I thought they played brilliantly. In a game as vital as this, they got it down and played and it's great that the title race is going down to the wire. Man Utd are still favourites but it was a great result for Chelsea. Graham Taylor BBC Radio 5 Live summariser I didn't think here was any great rhythm to Manchester United's play. They have a very talented and large squad and when we were all talking about the game before the match, we were saying 'this looks ok, with Ronaldo and Tevez to come on'. Tevez never came on. We saw what he did for West Ham in the last few games of last season. Tevez is a big time player and I am always surprised when he spends 90 minutes on the bench. Both against Barcelona and against Chelsea, the line-ups selected by Sir Alex have been based on the fact that they didn't want to lose the game. And sometimes, I don't care how talented your players are, that can give out a wrong message. Garth Crooks BBC football pundit When it started I thought Chelsea looked the more likely to win the game. It then twisted and turned. Manchester United picked up two very important injuries in Wayne Rooney and Nemanja Vidic going into an extremely difficult period. They have the Champions League next Tuesday against Barcelona, they have the championship to win here as well and I think nothing is by any means certain. I just have a gut feeling that Chelsea will win the title. I feel for Avram Grant and I think he's done a fantastic job. Jose Mourinho was a difficult act to follow but he's done it pretty well. Lee Dixon BBC football pundit Let's take nothing away from Chelsea - to actually get into this position and go into today's game needing a win is a phenomenal achievement. Man Utd just need to win their last two games against West Ham and Wigan They were so far behind, everyone had written them off and then they come with this charge where nobody saw them coming up on the rails and then they beat Man Utd. Man Utd just need to win their last two games against West Ham and Wigan and if they don't win those then they don't deserve to win the title and Sir Alex Ferguson knows that. Gavin Peacock BBC football pundit I think United will still just do it. It is difficult. Chelsea go to Newcastle, but they're in decent form and as for United, although they have got Wigan away on the last day of the season, it might not be too easy for them. But I think you're happier if you're United, although losing Rooney and Vidic is a big blow for them.

Okay Drogba... enough is enough!
No he isnt, he is a big prat sometimes i know. But Rooney is by far the most overated player in the EP at present (good finish today, i'll give him that). He looks a shadow of his youthful self. I disagree about Rooney. Rooney is a very good player but is being played out of position as the team's centre forward. A manc friend of mine reckons he is a better player than C.Ronaldo who he actually doesn't rate that highly. Typical Manc by the sounds of it. They know f**k all about football.

[POLL] Who should take every freekick?
Its now got to the point where his girly antics are embarrasing to say the least. He obvioulsy gets treated with kid gloves within the club, take a look at how Stevie Clarke tried calming him down. He really is way up his own arse. Cant wait till he goes, sorry Just, but he offers less good than bad for me.

Is that Joe Calzaghe ?

Chippy and Bonetti's Correct Score Poll/Bet vs Man Utd
