Don't really care tbh. He should be shipped out in the summer anyway. Always seems to be injured, and on the rare occaisons when he's been fully fit, he's never looked particularly good.

That seems a bit overboard don't you think? He was here for half a season.. And after the shambles that was Scolari, he was bound to look good. Yes, he's a good manager and tbh I'd prefer him over Carlo any day, but I think that statement is quite a way off..

SS reckon it's a flat 4-4-2 with Ramires on the right. CTV saying 4-3-3. I would assume CTV has more knowledge of what formation we're likely to play, but maybe not, we'll have to wait and see how they line themselves up.

I'd like to see the following players shipped out in the summer: Hilario Turnbull Ferreira Benayoun Zhirkov Drogba Anelka Malouda Kalou With: 1 Keeper 1 RB 2 or 3 Wingers 1 CM 1 Striker Brought in. So that our squad could look something like: Cech, GK2, Walker Cole, Van Aanholt Terry, Alex Luiz, Bruma/Ivanovic Ivanovic/Bosingwa, RB Mikel, Essien Ramires, McEachran Lampard, CM LW, Kakuta RW, RW Torres, Sturridge, ST Eg: GK2: ??? RB: Coleman (Everton) CM: LW: Hazard RW: De Bruyne RW: ??? ST: Lakuku

No, it's a 3-5-2. 3 centre backs, 2 wing backs pushed higher up than they would normally be. 1 Holding/Defensive midfielder, 2 attacking midfielders, and Drogba and Torres up front. With Drogba just slightly behind Torres so he can flick headers on for Torres to run onto.

Ramires seems a bit wasted playing right midfield, he should be in the centre. I still think we should be adjusting our system to suit the players we have, not playing players out of position to suit a system. For example: We have 4 quality Centre backs, which means we could play with 3 at the back. We have good Wing Backs in Cole/Bosingwa who love to get forward. We have a lot of central midfielders. We don't have any decent wingers. So taking that into account, we should be lining up to our strengths, something like: ------------------------------Cech------------------------------ ---------------Ivan---------Terry---------Luiz/Alex--------- ---Bos----------------------------------------------------Cole- ------------------------McEachran/Mikel-------------------- -----------------Ramires---------------Lampard/Essien--- ----------------------Drogba/Anelka------------------------- ----------------------------------------Torres------------------ With a bench of: Turnbull Luiz/Alex Mikel/McEachran Lampard/Essien Drogba/Anelka Kalou Malouda Then if things aren't going to plan, you could take off a spare CB and bring on a Kalou or a Malouda, switch to 4 at the back and go 3 up front. This is when all are fit of course.

Just stick it out for another 5-10 years and I expect we'll be back where we were.

Well, we need width, that much is obvious. No need for a DM, we should be going out to attack and win. Josh can sit behind Torres and play some nice balls through for him and the 2 wingers.

Voted Terry. No-one stood out though. Ramires started brightly, but then faded away in the middle of the game. Ferreira was okay, some decent crosses. Not much to choose from really.
