I think people are forgeting that we, Chelsea, are the flashest team in the land. In 2006 we signed Shevchenko before fobbing him off a year or so later to milan and then to kiev for FREE! Forget all feelings, he is never going to match the form he had at liverpool again, the reason he is getting more goals this season is because of the talent around him, it would be harder for him not to score. Against tougher opposition or when the going gets tough, Torres becomes a moody teenager. Lets just get rid of that block of wood and go balls out to sign Falcao.

i was at the game last night and despite the general sale foreign fans (of which there were thousands) the atmosphere was great. Everyone seemed up for it. The only disappointment was that Drogba wasn't bigging up the crowd like he used to. I also thought he would have come back on the pitch at the end as well to applaud the fans but nevermind, great result with encouraging performances.

just play it, i came back to fm last year after having not played it since cm 02 and it is very daunting at first. but just persist with it and follow the tutorial banners that appear every now and again.

Theres no bet threads (excuse the pun) so I thought I'd start one to see who people are betting on, tips and bankers! This weekend I've put a score on Chelsea, Spuds and City which results in about 5/1. Also what bookies does everyone use? Im with paddy power at the moment.

taking a positive view on the challenge, i thought it showed that he was pumped and really up for the game, especially since he knew he was playing well and made a good recovery from the miss at OT.

I don't think that this is a good summing up at all, this a totally negative bleak outlook of the game. I think kalou had a decentish game, beat some players and made decentish runs, i don't think your going to find a better player of his experience that is willing to spent the majority of the season on the bench. after alex got sent off, i dont think it looked like we had gone down to 10 men, we easily held our own. Admittedly i was a bit annoyed that McEachren had to be subbed but he would not of been able to last the entire game, especially as at that point it was going to be our final substituion so it was a good move by AVB. But agreed good to the youngsters out and playing well. would have been annoying to have been knocked out of this comp so early on as it may have been the last time we saw them.

still annoying that pro doesnt have the same number of divisions or licensed teams and stadiums.

i think the game play and graphics is far better in PES. fifa seems slow and the graphics blobby
