when i posted the tweet from chelsea abourt an anouncement i was trying to point out it says when we have something to announce we will announce it .... not if but when and they didnt deny he will sign, i cant see the club making that statement if he isnt going to sign soon they would just say he isnt comming to chelsea if he wasnt imo
