For some reason this year the FA CUP final just got to me , I was in shocking form watching it. Shaking (I mean really shaking), pacing , shouting , sitting down , standing up , the thought of losing to them was unbearable. The CL final I was bad but not as bad as when playing the dippers. Before that the CL quarter final at the library , and Manure away 2010 , again should have taken something.

If that goal was scored by Barcelona , you wouldn't hear the end of it. The amount of players and passes involved then the set up and the finish.

Let the haters hate its makes me so happy!!!! We know what we are , Champions of Europe , we know what we are !

ESPN commentator Clive Tyldsley (?) saying if Newcastle had scored this chance and that chance it would have been a different game. No sh*t columbo , then again if my uncle was born a woman .......... Any way great start to the season without really laying into any team yet , thats the thing that is really exciting me. Torres looking better and Hazard say no more. Mikel had a cracker today , Newcastle will trouble a lot of teams and TBH without busting a gut I thought we handled them really well. O'Dowd made a shocker of a decision to book Torres , why would you dive when clean through you tit ? KTBFFH

Some game , mad in places , great in places. Brana looked very slow at RB tonight , but hey he scored ! Cech made a balls of the 2nd , but he was a hero on May 19th ! Torres scored when offside , but he got robbed of a good goal when he first joined ! (I'm taking positives here everyone !) All in all thought we were very good the first 20 minutes. Shame Rami didn't pass to Torres early on , could have settled us down a bit. Their first goal was a cracker (to me anyway) . But look we won , thats all that matters at this stage , we will get better of that I'm sure. A bit too narrow really , need to get more ball into Torres and quicker. Hazard.........................oh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh , manure you can keep kagawa. Well done lads.

Whilst getting my weekly fix of Chelsea European Champions , I got to wondering how Bayern got to take penalties at their own end and take penalties first. Surely if we lost the toss , we would have wanted to take the first penalties , wouldn't we ? I know , I know , we are European Champions , but I'm allowed to be smug I mean if you can't be smug when you're European Champions....... european champions european champions

Now whilst my family are not any specific followers I would have been brought to Brentford a good few times when I was small , my Grandad went to watch the mighty Bees when he lived in london. Anyway the point is at the time there was a connection between Chelsea and Brentford , Micky Droy I seen playing for Brentford but not Chelsea , Kammy was playing as well as Keith Cassells. I went to a school in Kilburn and a mate was a member and asked me another mate if we fancied going down one saturday. We did it was around 1986/87 , such a long time ago now I can't be sure , anyway went for the remaining games of the season and became a member the following season. Remember going to the portakabin in the car park to hand the form in , ha ha how times have changed !!

Hope this works out for him and us. I'm fed up of listening to "Chelsea is a youngsters graveyard". A lot of money spent for him with big hopes and last year was a waste for him make no bones about it. Game time is everything , hopefully Stevie will use him and he will come back to us stronger sharper faster than he looked the few times he did play for us. good luck to him.

Game spoiled by the ref. Yes Brana put himself in a position where the ref had the chance to red card him , but given the nature of the game the ref made a balls of it. When he didn't give Savic a 2nd card i thought it was for this reason (that its almost a friendly). Mikel , I'm not a big fan of , but I thought he had made some improvements last season but still not good enough. He was truly awful today. He obviously offers no scoring threat , so the parts that he is there for he must excel in. He doesn't do them well enough , we are carrying this guy. I don't mean to give him a hard time after one game but its not just one game he does this in. The rest of the lads given the sending off I though they done well , Luiz needs to came down though , that could have quite easily been a penalty when he bursted into Tevez. So all in all no panic from me.

Agreed but he has made decisions which have directly affected the path of this game. Getting beat is hard to take , but its harder when poor and inconsistent reffing is the a cause.

The ref really has made a balls of this , Brana getting sent off in a non-competitive game which was not really nasty shows how poor he is. Refs decision making since then has been abismal. Need to just keep our heads and not get a hiding.

How was Aguero not carded ? Was it him who caught Mata ? f**kit.........

I tried to look at Brana's foul and would probably expect an opposition player to be sent off for it. However the ref bottled the challenge on Torres just before it and couldn't wait to get the red out. The yellow for Lamps was awful. Ref has had a shocking last 5 mins.
