Last time this worked at Chelsea? Maybe under Jose. Conte and Tuchel used what they had and played players out of position which was massive gripe for fans. That was due to changing managers every season and not having an idea of a player type or a playing system.
Not saying this is now better or all these things are though out but this is nothing new to Chelsea. Why we won things is mainly due to Superior resources and idea of bringing in top top Managers.

LA could also be fun though, seeing as they have Hugo Lloris in goal and Olivier Giroud up front !

But I just don't think he's an elite manager. 
Brighton got 5 wins in the second half of last season. He was found out.

IMO we won't hire RDZ. He has just left Brighton for almost the same reason as Poch. 

Honestly, with klopp gone and arteta faltering, I think Mou at Chelsea will bring real competition and drama to Pep's premier league.
