Can't help but think we are responsible for the Scouse revival
Oh how mistaken you are my friend. As a Chelsea supporter it is our god given right to think the world revolves around our great club. And out of curiosity, if one was to remove ones blue tinted specs what colour would they then replace them with?

Chelsea v Galatasaray (CL) 18/03/14 KO 19:45 GMT
Lets see if we manage to crash twitter like we crashed sky sports switchboard when RDM was on there a few months ago. Emotional game tonight. It was always on the cards that the draw would throw this fixture up, and while 99.9% of the media and fans of the other clubs will be willing Drogba to knock us out the competition i think we will get the job done. Lets send the turks back home nursing a proper Stamford bridge hammering, and they can ram that mllwall flag up their arse's. KTBFFH.

Word for word and with out doubt the exact explanation that fits the situation. Someone somewhere who holds the power, needs to admit its never going to get any better. I wont bore anyone with my own version or blow by blow account of his performance yesterday.

I think its more a case of nothing ventured nothing gained. We are now 10 games away from the end of the season, top of the league and people are clutching onto the hope of us finding someone, anyone who will score the goals that will guarantee us staying in top spot. To answer both your quotes in reverse, no of course frank shouldnt be played up front, frank is an out and out midfielder whereas Shirley is more attacking minded in his play. As for the winger/inside forward being different from a lone striker, i totally agree with you. However looking back to the first game of the season, i truly believe that if Shirley had performed in that game as the Attacking mid / Deep lying forward then we would have seen a different Chelsea for the first part of the season.

Most hated ex-player and why?
Without a doubt Andy Townsend, the man is such an obvious prick against anything to do with Chelsea. I have never heard an ex player go so far out of his way to contradict anything positive about a former club. Modern day ex player has got to be studge for reasons ive explained before. Along with a few obvious ones aswell.

Fulham v Chelsea (PL) 01/03/14 KO 15:00 GMT
Oneday i would like to see what you really think of scousers. Great second half performance, today was the day that proved if we had someone making the runs, hazard would pick them out allday long. I now have total confidence for when we sign a new striker for next season. Or should we give Shirley a little run there?

Thanks Veeria, i just heard the same thing at the same time as i was reading your post. I only even watch them for the entertainment value of Jose talking nonsense to the press for 30 minutes.

Im neither here or there on Fulham. I dont have the same natural distaste for them as i do with QPAHAHA, infact i see them more as an irritating little cousin. See him twice a year, i know im going to get told to play football with him and i know he will at some point kick me in the shins. The up side of playing them is that i get to see Mr Duff still plying his trade out on the wing. For me he was always a tricky little f**ker from the same mould as Sir Patrick of Nevin. * Not sure if its Mould or Mold and i have no doubt that someone will want to correct me.

England Squad for Friendly Against Denmark.
I remember as a kid hearing a football chant that went " If Marriner plays for England so do i " an obvious slur on how bad Paul Marriners ability or rather inability to play football was. Two words RICKIE LAMBERT. When is Woy going to stop shovelling out the same sh*t, the answer to that is simple NEVER. Ole pigeon face was quoted atleast four months ago as saying " there will be no new faces brought into the squad for the world cup ". Is this man for real, can a so called professional manager really see that far into the future to know 110% that there was not going to be a new enigma explode out of nowhere and dazzle the premier league? As it happens he wasnt wrong, but the point being is all of the above posts. Sure we all have one or two players we disagree on being selected, some for more colourful reasons than just ability. All in all we have more chance of the Danish national team getting a last minute call into a competition and going on to win it, than we do this team of misfits lifting the World Cup. We can still dream.

Im still slightly baffled at the reasoning of the Millwall flag. Is this a regular thing in ' HELL ' or was it put up for this one match to make Hell more Hellish for our travelling support? F.Y.I Gala, it will take a bit more than a Wall flag and a couple of Tamer Hussain look alikes to bother our boys.

Sorry to part quote you mate, but the relevance in it is that it felt that way for me aswell. The sad thing about that is i have been watching Chelsea for nigh on 30 years. In them years i have seen bad, bad, terrible, poor football but i have also seen good, great, amazing, life changing stuff. Lastnights game was the first time in my life i have got bored watching us. I dont ever want that feeling again. Roll on Le Arse and Spurs.

Some of the askcarrick questions on Twitter were funny as f**k. Probably not the best player to hold a Q and A.- Man City v Chelsea (PL) 03/02/14 KO 20:00 GMT
Hear Hear. The amount of Chels who are writing us off already is unreal. Granted city have a better than average team but have they turned us over like they have everyone else? NO they have not. I think what alot of the doom makers are forgetting is, we have a pretty good team ourselves. Lets be positive about tomorrow. KTBFFH!- The Davy Moysie Thread
David Moyes is a very lucky man. The media are being very kind and patient with him. If utd dont finish in the top four i really dont see him still being there next season.- Chelsea v West Ham (PL) 29/01/14 KO 19:45 GMT
Super Uncle Kenny. Get him on here D he will tell a few harsh truths to other teams fans. Well they was kinda correct it was just the ball + net = goals that was missing.- The official 'Up Yours, John Alridge' thread
