I tend to take any rumour from any source no matter how macabre it sounds and run with it. I remember once hearing a tale about how an extremely rich russian guy was about to purchase an under achieving London club and turn them into The Best Team On The Planet. Ten years later i still need to pinch myself at times. In all seriousness though most of my rumours about Chelsea come via my 15 year old son, who just as i was when i was that age knows everything there is to know about Chelsea, past, present and future.

As london blue says above, my dislike for him has nothing to do with his current form for Liverpool. I would never base my dislike on a player purely because they left us and done well elsewhere, im 40 not 14 ffs. I have gone into detail before in the forum as to why i have a dislike for the man but i will reiterate just to show why my feelings run so deep about him. When my son was a few years younger he had the chance to meet the England U21 squad, needless to say he was buzzing. He also informed me that Chelseas new ( at the time ) striker was in the squad, a player we had recently signed from city his name was Daniel Sturridge. So off my son goes to the old arsenal training ground ( its now own by watford ) to meet the squad. Now seeing that Daniel was a new chelsea player, my son didnt know what he looked like. He gathered autographs off other players and always asked each one the same queston " wheres sturridge " upon being told hes over there, he approached this person and thrusting his pen and paper at him asked him the question " are you daniel sturridge " this flash arrogant individual replied " no hes not here today " and walked off laughing. Therefore i stand by my initial assesment of Mr Daniel Sturridge being a total w**kjob. The End Again
