Quick phone call to someone at the Bridge and he's given a seast for the Dippers game so as to not have a totally wasted journey. Now the papers are saying "Vieira to join Chelsea in January as cover for the African Nations providing Chelsea can overturn their ban". I'm expecting them to come up with "Gordon Ramsey to become new chef at the Chelsea training ground" next.

If you read my first post it explains exactly why he was at the game. His flight was delayed and he missed the Arsenal game but didn't want to have a wasted journey so he blagged a couple of tickets to our game. The reason he was coming over was to celebrate Wenger becoming the longest serving manager of the gooners. Press man spots him, Drogs gets asked "would you have Vieira in your team?" to which Drogs answered perfectly truthfully and as usual it gets twisted.

I'm not sure if you are being serious or not, but it's mt understanding that his plane to london was delayed and he didn't make the arsenal game, so he got a ticket to come and see our match vs Liverpool. Drogba can say what he wants, but last time I checked he doesn't make the decisions....plus, remember, we can't sign anyone for 3 transfer windows,right?
