The ManU result won't mean much if we don't follow up with Wolves at home and then Arsenal and Man City away.

My feeling is that we will do well to get get 8 points from these three games and draws against both Arsenal and Man City are quite possible.

I fully expect us to get all three points from the Wolves and City games. As far as Arsenal is concerned, I think we have a very good chance against them as well mainly because their current form is not a correct reflection of their true potential. They have hit at more than 3 goals a game this season but the only real opposition they faced were the Mancs, United and City. They lost both of them so I'm not too concerned about them as well. Although I'd be happy to get 7 points out of the three games, all 9 points is a very distinct possibility.

Next 3 games ? 9 points all the way.

Keep defending like we did against manure (Ivanovic, JT and Ricky all superb) until the end of the season, and we will win penty of games.

thats a really good point thats been missed after the utd match with everyone making a thing about our poor attack and the so called dodgy decisions. our defence was superb in that game and never erally looked like being breached, except maybe by a shot from distance.

If we cant get 3 points against Wolves then i'l worry seriously. Arsenal have so much quality going forward and they are full of confidence , they should have got a result v Man Yoo and i fear them more than any other side . I also think its a game where Carlo will face a real test in formation and tactics .

We were poor in the 2 games after break, so expect similar performance. However, even without half of the first team, we should beat Wolves, there is just no excuse if we don't. Expect those who are not involved in international break to get sometime on the field.

I'd take 7 points now.....but if we were to get all 9 it would lay a real marker down to the rest of the league.

It would be a right kick up the nuts would'nt it. You could almost hear those towels being thrown.

So we got six points instead of 7. I can't see that as a bad outcome. A draw against both Man City and Arsenal was quite possible and its better for us to have a win and a loss. Only Frank's well saved penalty kept us from the extra point.

This weekend we are at home to a desperate Everton and ManU are at home to an ambitious Villa. All in all we may have an easier game.

I think Everton game would be tough. They must have taken a leaf out of City's performance the other day and they definitely have the personnel to play a rough game against our slow midfielders. I hope Carlo does not field Ballack and Deco this time.
