Chelsea FC have this morning been ordered by Premier League officials to hand the Premier League trophy over to bitter rivals Manchester United, after the reds managed to broker an 11th hour points deal with Tottenham Hotspur.

United had finished 2nd in the league after Chelsea hammered Wigan 8-0, but their new combined points total with Tottenham puts them firmly at the top of he table.

A spokesman for Tottenham Hotspur, Harry Redknapp, who's side finished 4th, said in a statement:

"We believe we have done what is right in the national interest. Whenever we play United we always roll over and let them bum us. We must do what we can to keep Chelsea away from the title in the national interest. With our combined points total it is clear that both United and ourselves have a right to the League title."

One sticking point of the deal was the actual location of the Premier League trophy, Old Trafford or White Hart Lane? However this was stunningly resolved yesterday with the resignation of Slur Alex Ferguscum at 5pm.

"Ferguson was a problem" said Redknapp, "Although we are happy for United to beat us every time we play them, many of our fans simply don't like him. Some of them chant things like 'f**k off Baconface' and 'Taggart you c**t'. His resignation yesterday means we can now move forward and transfer the Premier League trophy to it's rightful home at Old Trafford in the national interest. It's a fantastic day for Greater London and Bangkok."

The next manager of United will amazingly inherit a Premier League title. Who this will be is still unclear, although in a move that will anger the British public, Gary Neville is believed to be the first to throw his hat into the ring.

A Chelsea spokesman was speechless. An FA spokesman said: "f**king get in!"

Just thought I would pop back on and say a f**k off great congratulations. Unbelievable season, over a hundred goals! You really deserved it. f**k all the negative toss bags trying to play it down with their bitter ramblings.

See you around.

Hard luck with 4th - didn't want Spurs anywhere near it!

BlueMoon, you will never know the damage you have done to my aging heart!! I am still shaking as I type!

Ah! Someone has changed the title since I posted. I sense a plot to make everything I say sound stupid! :conspiracy:

Cheers BM, at least you should soon be able to tell your Grandkids in years to come........

"Back in twenty ten, we did the double over the team that did THE double and scored 103 goals in the process"

I thought YorkleyBlue would have beaten you to that, Mod. It was him I set it up for. Ah well, as long as someone reatced the way I predicted I suppose it doesn;t matter if it's the young guy rather than the old codger!

And P.S Do you have any idea why when I reply to posts or edit posts I can only do it from the top? My cursor won;t go down to the bottom?!

You don't need any help with that moi :conspiracy:

Chees for that laugh bluemoon, I hope you stick around with us and we can all let bygones by bygones and hate the Mancs as a big happy family.

Sorry about the spuddies and 4th but I think everyone sees that City will be in the big cup (and fighting for the title) very very soon.

Haha that was good. Surprised to see City finish 5th tbh but my god 3 games and 3 fergie time goals? Wasn't meant to be this season but congratulations on the highest finish in club history :D

PS. May have accidentally reported the post above mine, if so ignore it please
