( Usher at me wedding 5 years later) Stuck me in his spare room- had to get up at 5 AM- couldn’t help but notice on a shelf he had all Chelsea home and away programmes from about 69 onwards- Got approxiamately half hours kip that night.

Once when we played Luton last game of the season ( they got promoted and took a good few down for once- 82 I think, big punch up after final whistle), and Man U 85- Shed was locked out so joined hundreds who went in North Stand. Kicked off and we got escorted past the benches to Shed.

Kicked off and we got escorted past the benches to Shed. I was in the N/S for that Man U game, Southampton league cup 81, Birmingham 77 and I think that's it. We all knew as kids what the N/S did so no point in us being there. The Shed was a great laugh as a kid but after 83 I was only in there a handful of times and was probably more times in the temp end shed then I was on the old one. Was almost gate 13,benches,West Upper apart from games where you took what you got.
August 31, 20196 yr Chelsea v Bristol Rovers 1979, with a young Gary Mabbutt looking to thwart Tommy Langley's efforts.
