Brian Moore “ We would like to show the goals in slow motion, but that’s been on the blink for a couple of weeks now so we will show in real time” 1970 technology for you. Ps Bestie didn’t have his shooting boots on. Pps Goal of the Season at the very end- decent Osgood effort v West Brom Edited April 1, 20206 yr by Ewell CFC

Don't think it's Chelsea Bridge, which is only the 4th or 5th bridge closest to the Bridge, my guess is that the king is on the north side of Albert Bridge, looks like it could be Battersea Park that can be seen under the span, and that's probably the first time in my life that I've used the word bridge four times in a sentence.

April 1, 20206 yr BBC cameras and editing used to be housed under that pylon. In the early days the highlights were shown early evening the same Saturday, we used to watch them preparing it all after the game finished, no one seemed to mind us hanging around for ages after

April 2, 20206 yr In the ariel pic the West terrace looks a lot bigger than in the other picture. The Arial shot used to be on the front of the programme. I always wondered if they lopped a bit off the top , never found any evidence that they did, perhaps the angle of the snow picture makes it look not as high. Funny what goes thru your mind on lockdown !
