Make sure you pin the things you use the most, and use kinnect, it really is very good. Work out the snap too, its good once you figure it out, especially if you have your tv through it. Great playing a game with soccer saturday or something snapped.

I didn't get kinect in the end because of how much more expensive the bundles containing it are.

 

Enjoying everything about it so far, the only things I don't like are so anal that they're not worth mentioning.

The only thing I hate at the new xbox is you have to download the games even if you have the disk. It really pisses me off.

Uno, its an app on xbox one, install it and sign up to it. You then can pay either £4 a month or £20 for a years access.

not a lot when you get to play about 7 full games (with more being added) and get early access to new games coming out. 

Is that the snap thing you are talking about? I want to know how I can watch TV and play games at the same time.

No, different thing altogether. Snap is double press the Xbox button (or say Xbox snap) on your controller. Pulls up the snap side bar. You can open tv from there.

 

EA Access is basically their own app you install, then from their you can download any of the games in the vault for free. You then can play them as normal on your xbox as long as you have a subscription to Access.

It's in you apps, you might need to initiate or something. Google how to use snap, some good videos there.

Yes. Got it today and played about an hour, it's fantastic.

Finished the Far Cry 3 today. Loved every minute. Might go back sometime to pick up the relics and complete it 100%.

 

I already have Far Cry 4 and will start it after Christmas.

Snap has served me well this evening. After working out how to mute the game, I was able to listen to Xmas songs all evening while playing a game. Isnt the world of modern technology a wonderful thing. Now if Microsoft can just do some about that stupid downloading a game even though you have the disk I will be a very happy bunny.
