Christ, was Sutton that bad? Do you have Kezmans stats?

Shevchenko is forgiven due to that screamer he scored against Spurs. Haven't seen many better in a blue shirt.

I'm sure Suttons is too high, he scored at least 3 after all!!!

A more alarming stat would be numbers of goals per game divided by transfer fee. The Torres figure would be tragic.

Do these stats include substitution appearences? I only ask as Torres has had a handful of last 5 minute run outs.

Pizarro 2 goals in 21 according to wiki (10.5). And yet 71 in 174 at Bayern before us and 17 in 26 for Werder Bremen on loan after us.

One we have missed is Steve Finneston, in my opinion the most natural finisher we have had since Jimmy Greaves. Injury stopped what would have been a legendary career.

Yeah, that was a real shame for us. He just oozed quality and had a wonderful temprement and attitude. He'll always be one of my favourite players to wear the shirt. Although he came close to getting me murdered when he scored that wonder goal at Wigan. I nearly broke my cover which would not have gone down at all well with the maniac Wigan fans sat around me. (I say Wigan fans but I bet that was the first and last match they went to). I've sat with home fans a fair few times but they were the most angry hate filled people I have ever sat with at a football match.

Back on topic, Joe Allon. 1 goal per 7 games. Only made 14 appearences though. With that success rate in front of goal it is no wonder he managed to break my dads watch with a wayward shot in the warmup before an evening game at Walsall.
