Slow day at work and I got thinking what will our team look like in say 2-3 years time?

I mean we have some great servants who are now in their final part of their careers at the top level...Lamps, Terry, Cech, Cole ect. While we have some of the brightest talents in Europe either in the reseves or on loan.

We have the likes of Piazon, Lukaku, De Bruyne, Josh, Courtois, Feruz, Ake and the Musondas to name a few who have all been markes as potential stars.

Now assuming we still have our best young talents like Oscar, Mata and Hazard and are playing the same system would this be unrealistic?

Is how I would line them up.

It's a good option that our 3 behind the striker can interchange with each other.

Because of the age of our attack it could be hard for the likes of Piazon, Feruz ect to break through but it will be an exciting time with such talent at the club.

I'd also hope Lukaku would become a crucial clog in our machine as he has the potential to be a real beast for us.

I think it will be Mikel Romeu or another DM with Josh KDB and Ramires fighting for the other slot tbh. If you play Josh and Ramires there isn't enough defensive cover. Its an exciting time for the club though and the team looks like they can grow together

From what I hear Feruz is a d**khead, so I kind of don't want him to play for Chelsea.

I would have question marks over just how long hazard intends to stay with us...I can see him wanting to go to Spain at some point where he doesn't have people trying to take him out and stamp on him

I don't know why but i thought KDB was more of a wide player?

He played there a lot for Genk but has improved massivley since he has been played in the middle.

I would like to think Cech would still be a top keeper in 3 years time and it looks likely that another Brazilian will be competing for the RB spot if Wallace arrives,

I'd hope we hang on to Oscar and can see him being a really influential player for us for years to come, really hope we can keep hold of Mata and Hazard but feel we might need more old fashioned Wingplay and that could lead to good players looking elswhere, hopefully Moses can do the Job and somehow we manage to keep all the boys happy with their gametime...Trophies might do it.

No idea who will be upfront, its nice to read Falcao saying good things about us but when you look at the supposed price Huntelaar is being banded about at that could be a lifeline for Nando and a cheap and decent option.

Exciting times ahead whatever.

Cech will definitely remain a top goalkeeper for way longer than another 3/4 years. Terry (Injury permitting) could also probably go on for another 2/3 years. Mikel would also still be ahead of KDB or Josh.

The Celtic fans absolutely hate him after all that. I don't give a sh*t about what they think, but it sounds like a very disrespectful thing to do.

That Celtic story is crap, he said so himself.

People believe far too much of what is in the gutter press.

I suppose it was out of order the way he treated Celtic.

They did keep him ans his family in the country, build new schools and hospitals in Somalia, overthrow the Government there and introduce Christmas!

Celtic and their fans are just bitter. I'm sure his talent had nothing to do with how willing they were to help out

They may like to make out they were doing their bit for humanity but they were just exploiting the situation to gain a huge talent and kicked up a stink when a bigger club came along and enticed him away.

How can you's put Falcao in your line ups? when he is not & may never be our player.

Just my thinking that we will get him in the summer hopefully.

It won't be Torres or Studge let's face it and Lakaku will still only be in his early 20's so I'd imagine it to be a Falcao standard player leading our line.
