Hull Tickets for Glasgow Chelsea Boys

Imperial in the King's Road?  That's where I'll be prematch but I don't know what it's like to watch tv during the match though.

Well I haven't been often but I know it's my season-ticket holding niece's favourite matchday pub - it's a good atmosphere before the game - busy, some singing, friendly, decent beer.  But as I say, no idea what happens during the game!  I'll be interested to know what pubs others like - I'm lazy, I just go along with what she thinks!

so? aye we are heading down to see a mate that weekend who moved to london so getting tanked up on the saturday night then looking to carry it right through for the game. we knew tickets would be a fortune or a no-go so a decent chelsea pub would be ideal. we're after a laugh and some nonsense with a few west london casuals

So was a bar right opposite the ground.  Closed down a couple of years ago - well when I say closed down, it became a monstrosity of a wine bar - philippino or something stupid with lots of ferns and the like.  I don't think it's what you're looking for!

You're getting paranoid now!

Ferns and worse!  I've just checked it's called Kona Kai and it's Polynesian ~(! WTF!) - do have a look at the pics on their website - it has to be seen to be believed!

Imperial is great for atmosphere (bar the very occasional racist chanting) - they do show the games too but only on small TVs around the pub, not a big screen

I don't remember being asked to prove I was a Chelsea fan in the Imperial although you have to show a match ticket to get in the Wetherspoons at Fulham Broadway station (but it's not great in there).  Maybe they have and I've just forgotten or maybe they just haven't bothered with a middle aged woman with a London accent!

If you get to imperial early enough they dont check. But they definitley ask 1-2 hours before kick off for a match ticket. I've always had a ticket but im sure theyd let you in if it was obvious you werent an away fan.
