March 27, 201511 yr Thome and Mancienne. Well done boys. dkw, no, Ferreira has played centre-back (very poorly) but never alongside Terry.
March 27, 201511 yr Of the four, one is gettable, another is not too difficult, another is almost impossible to remember, and the last one is impossible, full stop.
March 27, 201511 yr Got 16 right, I think they've all been named other than Jes Hogh. I won't spoil the other missing ones, although I will say that one of them is indeed impossible! Forgot Dubes though, kicking myself for that! Also forgot Mancienne and Bruma which I am a little less annoyed about. The ones I got wrong were Ferreira, Bosingwa, Melchiot, Hutchinson and Christensen.
March 27, 201511 yr We will need hints then probably. God Hogh, forgot all about him. Has Ben Hame been mentioned yet?
March 27, 201511 yr Has Ben Hame been mentioned yet? Well done, and well done Ploks for getting Jes Hogh. That only leaves one folks ..
March 27, 201511 yr Here's the clue .. He played one match, in Hapoel Tel Aviv aged 17, when half the team refused to travel because of a security threat. Sentenced to 20 months imprisonment in 2008 for supplying and possessing Class A drugs.

March 27, 201511 yr Was it YOU DB? Hahahahaha. If you think I'd fly when there's a security threat you don't know me very well.
March 27, 201511 yr He's the only player (as far as I am aware) from Uganda to have ever played for Chelsea, or for that matter for a Premier League club (albeit never in the league).
March 27, 201511 yr He's the only player (as far as I am aware) from Uganda to have ever played for Chelsea, or for that matter for a Premier League club (albeit never in the league). He really deserves his own appreciation thread.
March 27, 201511 yr He's the only player (as far as I am aware) from Uganda to have ever played for Chelsea, or for that matter for a Premier League club (albeit never in the league). Yep that's the one I struggled with too. Don't even remember him at the club apart from being on Champ Manager (might've been FM by then).
March 27, 201511 yr Yep that's the one I struggled with too. Don't even remember him at the club apart from being on Champ Manager (might've been FM by then). I don't even remember him from manager games to be honest, the name vaguely rings a bell, but not even in a Michael Woods/Jimmy Smith/Rob Wolleaston way where I think "Oh he used to be a Chelsea youngster but I don't remember anything about him beyond his name". From this day forward I will forever get 1 more point on Sporcle quizzes about Chelsea players! Edited March 27, 201511 yr by PloKoon13
March 27, 201511 yr Turns out I was wrong about Ugandan footballers in the Premier League by the way. Apparently Savio Nsereko (born in Kampala but played for Germany's under-20s), made 10 league appearances for West Ham and also wore the #10 shirt. Interestingly it was Zola who signed him, paying out £9m to buy him from Brescia. Nsereko was arrested in Thailand in 2012 for faking a kidnapping in order to extort his family out of €3000. He is now playing in the Bulgarian top flight. Pretty good article about him here.
March 27, 201511 yr He's West Ham.Didn't know that so was JT a West Ham fan as a kid? I always just assumed he was a Chelsea fan born into a family of them lolJT really should do an auto biography when he retires. Edited March 27, 201511 yr by Bobbywoodhogan
