Sad to see him pass away. Was excellent in The Long Good Friday and Mona Lisa.

sh*t sh*t sh*t!!  Can't believe this!  A superb actor, who should have been with us for years and years still.

I seen a quite of few films with this guy. He was a good entertaining & I will miss him.

Sad news. Always thought he was a better actor than he was credited for. RIP

Loved him in Long Good Friday. Also played the right part for him as a Colour Sergeant in Zulu Dawn.

In Enemy At The Gates, he was good but i couldn't get used to his Ruski accent.

Always expected him to blurt out a big 'Faaackk Off' (or even 'Offski').

71 seems quite young to die these days. Glad to have seen him.

RIP Mr Hoskins, a fine actor.

I always liked him, but for the life of me could not figure out why he did "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", though he did his best even in that film.
