to be honest, im really disappointed that sheva has apparently said all this, its really not on, and its undermining jose.

hes not winning any friends with talk like that, but of course he knows hes romans' golden boy...

bloody hell, im glad JM has the sense to be making sure kalou is getting game time every match, as id now rather sheva wasnt with us..

Agree Makas_Strike. If it`s true Sheva chooses not the best time to talk this s**te.

Now when MU is falling with injuries and we are in great form, waiting JJCole only................... Sheva you are 30, what`s wrong with you????

Win the quad and then talk about your f**king frustration in menstrual period. Dinosaur with nice face. F**k him!!! icon_sad.gificon_sad.gif

A-ha... This interview was done when? Not in recent months I bet.

Hope you are right, and media are trying again to put us off the balance now that we're doing a great job!!

If not, and Sheva has said these in the last few days...then, he really doesn't know what it means to be a team player...When team is doing OK, and the atmosphere in the dressing room is amazing and when we know that everyone hates us, then you should just shut the hell up...

...Maybe JM should sing to him: "Shuddupayourface!!!"" :conspiracy:

Since when did German sport websites start getting exclusive interviews with the likes of Shevchenko?

Print out the article

Screw it into a ball

Place it in the palm of your hand

Close your fist round it

Extend your arm

and launch it this-a-way

The way he celebrated with Ballack on Tuesday night after they linked up seems to suggest there is a great team spirit within the club.

Judge the spirit by the players reactions on the pitch, not in the tabloids.

the article seems pretty legit, with a lot of verbatim quotes, and its on BBC..

personally i was apathetic when we signed sheva, i dont like buying the biggest names - especially at 30 and not from the prem.

id rather we got a youngster, although i appreciate we didnt know drogba was going to be a 30 goal + scorer, and at the time it looked like we desperately needed that kind of talent.

but you know, crespo wasnt the right buy, kezman wasnt right, mutu might have been good, well never know, we have needed what drogba is now since hasselbaink, a certified 20+ goal machine.

sadly i think for the effort involved, sheva isnt going to be worth the value in the long run. which cant be all that long.

i like the cut of kalou's jib so far, he seems to have the right kind of mentality for the prem, a sensible head and a good work ethic.

plus his skills are pretty apparent, with time surely he can only mature into a great striker under JM/CFC?

A complete fabrication

Told ya.....

Don't forget it's the BBC who are televising our match, the whole country still wants us to fail and the BBC want their veiwers to tune in to watch it happen. But I still wonder what Lawro predicts the score to be?

I disagree - I think Crespo was an excellent buy, but he wasn't played enough. He was given the odd game here and there, but he still did well. If he'd been given the same chance that Mourinho gave Drogba, Crespo would be one of the best strikers in the EPL now.

i say crespo wasnt the right buy, not crespo wasnt a top striker - and i mean it very literally..

as in the correct purchase. because crespo found out that he was in love with italy. he knows and we know that crespo signed a contract to work professionally at CFC and he did that, like you say, as a true pro.

but he wasnt the right buy. we played 4/3/3 and thats not crespos game.

crespo wont be a CFC greatest XI, he cant be because his heart is not blue, at least not Royal Blue. if he has his way, he wont be back with us, so i cant say he was a good buy.

a class act, to be sure, but not our perfect number 9, no.

I still think that if Crespo had been given a fair chance, then he could have been a Chelsea legend. Crespo is still a Chelsea player, and I'd love to see him play in our current system alongside Drogs (or Sheva).

I don't blame him for wanting to stay in Italy under the circumstances - he's a world-class striker, why would he want to return to a club where the manager obviously doesn't rate him, or appreciate him. You say his heart isn't blue, but neither would yours be if you kept getting f*cked about by your boss icon_wink.gificon_lol.gif

I'm not sure thats true though. I think Jose would have been happy to keep him both in his first year and thisyear. It was Crespo who wanted to go back to Italy.

I don't hold that against him as he was never anything other than a model professional when he was here.

That's kind of my point - Mourinho didn't see Crespo as a regular first team player, and so only played him now and again. If Mourinho wanted to keep him, he should have played him regularly and given him some respect and dignity. For a player of Crespo's class, it must have been like a kick in the teeth to be treated the way he was.

As I said before, I don't blame him for wanting to return to play in Italy - over there they play him in his natural position and don't drop him every other game.

well, you gotta admit, crespo is currently 2nd top scorer in serie a's leading side...

still, you know these euro types dont slot in well over here anyways, theyre too hard to uproot and plant down again..

The German website which ran the story is not a mickey-mouse one, it's the site of one of the big two German TV stations.

I heard on 5live what he was alleged to have said, but the page with the story on isn't working now, which suggests that the website suspects the story is complete bollox and has removed it.

Is the link working for anyone else?

The link's still broken, but the rest of the ARD site works perfectly. Have done a search on their site for their 'story', but the Sheva one doesn't come up - nothing on Chelsea since Ballack's winner v Porto.

So I think my suspicions are correct - they've pulled it because it's a fabrication.

According to the Guardian, they have temporarily pulled it for 'checking'.

In other words, it's not true.

I hope the writer gets his balls nailed to the wall by Chelsea's lawyers, maybe they would be a little more careful about the **** they print if we go after them once in awhile, especially as this story can be proved to be untrue.
